While traveling to Barcelona, my son and I dropped in for a workout. Friendly and inclusive environment with knowledgeable coach's and athletes. Robert and Alex were accommodating with weekly packaged rates. Great place if you're ever in town and in need of a workout. Call/email ahead of time to schedule your class time as classes fill up. read more

Rob and Alex are top notch guys with a true passion for fitness, superior coaching skills, and most importantly, have worked hard to build a strong sense of community with Crossfit Gala. They graciously opened their doors to me during my week long visit to Barcelona and were very inclusive and just genuinely happy to meet another Crossfit enthusiast. Established in 2012.

CrossFit Gala comenzó como una iniciativa entre dos amantes del fitness y especialmente la calidad y desafío del metodología Crossfit. Como un experimento pasando a través de varias etapas de desarrollo, arrancamos en un local pequeño donde comenzamos a formar un grupo selecto de alumnos con interés en este método. Con un crecimiento orgánico de boca a boca tuvimos que ampliar nuestro espacio y calidad dé instalaciones hasta quedar donde actualmente encontramos hoy día en Carrer del Pistó. Although the gym is small, Andres is obviously very knowledgeable and took the time to help clean up some of my technique and get me dying from cardio at the same time (what I needed after all the tapas). Happy to say I found the KMW teaching approach consistent, which was nice to see in another country. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Barcelona.
