The instructor did a great job motivating and giving proper instruction on correct form and what muscle groups we were working. The class was very diverse, some were beginners and others who work out on a regular basis. Modifications were mentioned if you'd like to increase the intensity or how to " go easy" if you had an injury or aliment. For being a smaller gym they have a lot to offer! I joined for the month which includes open gym, and unlimited classes ( not a ton of equipment, but everything you need for sure)! It's the best gym in the area, trust me, I checked them all out!
