I have been coming to this clinic since my daughter was 6weeks old. But I stopped coming 3 years…read moreago due to negative changes in doctors and staff also the waiting time is outrageous. Recently I started to bring my daughter back and this clinic has gotten worse. The pediatrician on staff is very old and needs to retire. No teenage girl needs to hear 3 times "you will be much more prettier if you lose some weight." Also this pediatrician bedside manner is ignorant and outdated. The only thing nice about this clinic is the expansive waiting area. Oh and the intake staff look like they have no idea what they are doing. When I stayed away for three years I should have stayed GONE. One more thing. When Anne Marie was running this place years ago this clinic was half way decent.

Dr. Jaipaul Ramkelawan is a great doctor and truley cares about your health. Never rushes you, takes time to answer all your questions, ask a lot of questions to find out your family history so that he can better treat you. The first time I went to see Dr. Ramkelawan I did not have an appointment, but explained my condition and that I was not feeling well. The doctor saw me right away and sent me to the ER where they treated me right away and pretty much saved my life. If you are looking for a great doctor and tired of all the nonsense you deal with at doctors in the area, come here.

They over charged my insurance company, got a relatively high deductible, tried to dispute it. Front desk lady got aggravated and upset, I decide to pay the bill I have in front of me to get it over with, THEN they charge me $90 more than what the paper bill in front of me says. I checked in at 1:10 they didn't call me in till 2;00 and then I waited another 20 mins in the room waiting for the dr . The Dr didn't wear gloves and didn't use sanitizer . He must have missed the class about health hygiene in the medical field . He touched my face bare hands . On top of that he said "I don't know what it is you should see your primary ". Finally he said he's gonna give a referral and to wait in the waiting room . Well I waited another 10 mins and just walked out I had to go to work . Waste of time and a waste of my 25.00 co pay . When we returned to get that information, we were told the account was inactive and therefore they could not access it--something that should have been clarified earlier. I spoke with a man named Rehan and another named Sam. Sam hung up on me more than three times, and every time I called back, I had to repeat the same issue from the beginning. After explaining everything, they would say "one moment" and then disconnect the call. This is absolutely terrible service, especially from people who are supposed to be patient and helpful. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have one primary care doctor who is very thorough in asking questions, listening to my concerns and answering my questions, and doing any and all tests to rule out and diagnose. I also went to a GYN here who was through as well. Because this is connected to Jamaica Hospital, they will send you over there to do other testing which can be inconvenient. They don't really take walk-ins, you have to come at a certain time, very early in the morning, and even then they may ask you to make an appointment or go to the ER, depending on the situation. Getting an appointment is also difficult, you may have to wait weeks or even months. Because the doctors are so through I'll continue to see them.
