There were 2 mid 20's skinny men along with the owner that packed for 3 hours ea. There was a staging area in the garage for items to be "packed" & they did not do that. The 2nd day, the owner disappeared for at least 1 1/2 hrs, did not state that he was leaving. The 3 individuals he had that day ran out of packing boxes and wasted time. We did not finish til 8 that evening & the storage unit is a nightmare. I left my husband and they didn't read 8 1/2 x 11 notes on cupboards & other areas, acknowledge labeling for what stayed there and what went. LEFT things behind and moved things to storage that were going to my new place & took things they shouldn't have. The storage unit is a MESS! I called the other moving company that was referred to me to let them know [They were busy when I need to move] - The first company apologized, thanked me for letting them know & for me to call him when I do move again. I feel so very violated. Oh & then he charged me more!

Despite the fact that packing up the house was included in our contract and paid for, the movers were angry and negligent packing up items, they did not wrap breakable items, label boxes, or even box everything. They left behind items in cabinets and closets and when we called them to come back, they never answered, leaving us to scramble with what to do with items we needed (even though they said they would be available by phone). They also didn't take any inventory of our items and lost some very important items. They also severely scratched the flooring moving out the washing machine. Upon arrival to our new home, our things were dirty and covered in dust/sand from the truck. The team complained and were rude the entire time they moved our items in and they did not follow our instructions on where to place boxes in the house. I usually trust Yelp reviews that are so positive as below, but something must have changed in the practices of this company. He did not. He took up most the storage area, hardly stacked anything and when I reminded him that it needed to be stack he still didn't do it. He said he could come back and do when I brought more stuff in. Not only that but I also hired him to do a dump run for me the next day which he agreed to. He never showed up, never called, never returned any if my calls. What a disappointment all around. I highly recommend you find someone that listens to your requests and shows up when he says he will. Not cool Robert. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.
