I've had a great experience at Crosstimbers, and one of the biggest reasons was Liam. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. It's obvious he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Liam was quick to help with everything on the dock, answered my questions without hesitation, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He paid attention to the little details, worked efficiently, and had a positive attitude the entire time. It's not often you come across someone who is both knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile, but Liam definitely did. You can tell he's experienced and takes his responsibilities seriously. Even while staying busy, he made sure everyone was taken care of and never made anyone feel like an inconvenience. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it really stood out. Overall, my experience at Crosstimbers exceeded my expectations, and a huge part of that was because of Liam's outstanding work ethic and professionalism. If every dock hand was like him, every visit would be a great one. I'll definitely be coming back in the future, and I hope Liam is there again. My boyfriend and I decided to make a trip from Tulsa to the Mariana to rent a pantoon for the day. We had heard such good things from friends we wanted to find out for ourselves and we were not disappointed. Brady gave us great service. I would describe him as being very hospitable. We loved our experience so much that we decided to come back the next day and rent jet ski's. His staff workers were attentive and overall took very good care of us. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting me with docking my boat and answering all my questions with a smile. Her knowledge and professionalism made my visit seamless and enjoyable. We Rented a 23' pontoon from Cross Timbers Marina on Memorial Day and definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a day or weekend of fun. Ian helped us get checked in, gassed up for us when we were finished, loaded and unloaded our coolers for us, and all around was extremely helpful and made for a great experience.
