This preschool came highly recommended to us and it was extremely disappointing. My son was in the 4 year old class and one of the teachers really went out of her way to be rude to my son and myself. he learned nothing there entire year. he was sick most of the time. The teacher would never say hello at drop off and make snarky comments like thanks for showing up today. All this preschool cares about is getting paid and fund raising for their own improvements. This particular teacher would respond to every other parent but us. She treated my son like he was beneath her along with myself. At the graduation ceremony she went out of her way to disrespect my family by mispronouncing out last name. Then took it upon her self to talk down to me after. Highly recommend this preschool. My son had special needs and the director and teacher went out of their way to help guide me to get the services my son needed. They were very knowledgeable, professional and caring! I owe them everything for helping my son so that he could transition to kindergarten easily. They were loving to everyone and I was in awe of their ability to handle so many little minds and hands with grace and love. Do not overlook this gem of a preschool!! read more

I can't recommend Cross Roads Preschool and KDO enough! After a welcoming tour from Miss Debbie of the KDO room, I started my first child there over 4 years ago for socialization. She then was in the green room for the next two years. She has since SOARED through kindergarten and is thriving in first grade, to the point where her teacher called me and asked where her early childhood education was due to how prepared she is. My second daughter is now in her last year at Cross Roads and is enjoying every part of it. The well-rounded curriculum that they provide leaves little room for boredom. The excitement and genuine care for each child is felt just at parent drop off. The director is found at the entrance each morning greeting students by name and by October all of the teachers address all the students by their first name, whether they are in their class or not. I was able to volunteer for a couple of events that the preschool held throughout the years. Even behind the scenes it has always been evident that the staff at Cross Roads Preschool and KDO has made the children's learning environment and safety their TOP priority. In four plus years I have always felt that my daughters were entering a safe, loving, and exceptional learning environment. If you are hesitant about enrolling your child into preschool, one quick tour of Cross Roads will lift your fears. read more
