Three hours later and there is no prescription. I called the office which is already closed and there is no answering service on call. I called several local pharmacies, in case a mistake was made. Now I will have to return to the office tomorrow, to have this rectified. They had ONE TASK TO COMPLETE, but it was too much to ask. Now I am in pain, I had my Sunday morning wasted and I'll have to do it all over again tomorrow. Why is it so hard for people to be responsible and do their job? I am majorly disappointed.

She spends time to get to know you and when you leave there is a feeling of "someone cares" that is with you. Her office is usually full which I recommend to be a patient person because everyone gets the same great exam as you will. Currently she is not accepting new patients which I suspect is because she does not wish to cut her time away from the patients she already has. Her Staff is cordial and always knows who I am and very efficient. For new patients there is a NP that I have not met but if she works with Dr. Sahay you know she is a caring person with great skill.

She referred me to a surgeon who performed a procedure that had a positive life-altering impact on me. Be prepared to wait because she spends time with her patients...which is a good thing and rare these days. You don't get treated like cattle there. It is a low-budget operation though. Frequently the computers are running slow, but the exam rooms are kept neat and clean. I only have two complaints: 1. It's too hot in the waiting room 2. Some of the other patients arrive with very bad body odor and/or reeking of smoke Don't come here looking for pain pill prescriptions. They won't put up with your shit! They no longer take NEW NJ Family Care patients.

I'm currently in the ER after trying to return a call for my emergency refill since 2:27pm. I was calling back to back and everyone refused to answer. I needed an emergencies fill of my medication that is a necessary part of my seizure treatment plan and actively having seizures. I couldn't event get #2 pills sent in before end of day so now the ER trip, time and discomfort just to get #2 pills that me neuro on and off 15 years. Now i see why the office goes through doctors so frequently. Whoever turned off the phones at 4:45pm when you close at 5pm and I had been calling non stop leaving voicemails. You're a negligent POS.
