I've used them before but this past weekend, I had an emergency where I needed to get my car detailed on Sunday because I had to drive my boss to New York this week and it looked like a bomb had gone off in my car (I have kids). They don't offer a detail service on Sundays but the manager said he would make it work for me and told me to bring my car in on Sunday morning. Sure enough, I brought it in and they got to work on my car. When I got it back 4 hours later it looked like new. Thanks Finish Line for going the extra mile!

When I returned for my appointment, I was then told it would be higher due to pet hair--even though my vehicle had already been seen and nothing had changed. We agreed to the updated price and I paid. The change in pricing after my vehicle had already been inspected felt misleading. After waiting over an hour, my car was finished, but there was still visible pet hair. I politely asked if that section could be vacuumed again since I had paid extra for it. The attendant was happy to help, but was abruptly stopped by the manager, who then came over and quickly escalated the situation. He raised his voice, told me I was being difficult, and said there were other vehicles to attend to. This happened while I had my 10-month-old baby with me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I felt very disrespected and degraded during this interaction. I asked for the owner's contact information to share feedback, but that was refused. During the interaction, the manager took photos of me and my vehicle without explanation, which I found concerning and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I then took photos as well for my own protection and documentation. My family has used this business in the past for car washes and window tint without issue. This was our first time using their detailing service, and based on this experience, we will not be returning. I have an appointment to have my Jeep Patriot done. I'm willing to drive out of my way (45 min drive) to give him the business. He does a great job, professional businessman and a nice guy. Answers lots of my car related questions. He doesn't have a staff. I think he's a one man show and he only does 2 details a day, am and pm. He's booked 5-6 week out now (5/8/2024), he did say winters, even late winter is slow, plan accordingly. (I think he also does auto body work as a side hobby, as there's always old vehicles in restoration status in one of the 2 garage bays.)
