Just got the titanium car wash and I am very disappointed. Soap or something left all over the front end of the vehicle and tailgate. Soap spots all over the vehicle as well. Running boards still covered with dirt after the wash. Overall it was definitely not worth the nearly $30 I paid for the car wash. will never go back again. read more

I originally obtained my crew Carwash membership from the great service received from those at the West St. Paul location. Now that I live more west, I've been coming to this location frequently. Pretty decent so far. Heads up: there are no vacuums at this location. When asked, I was told they may be available starting this summer. We shall see. read more

Very expensive for a drive through car wash with no interior cleaning nor vacuuming! Other more modestly priced car washes are just as good!

Good exterior wash, but for the money, they should vaccuum out the interior, and wash the windows from the inside. That is what other car washes do. The others will do these basics quickly and not perfectly, but the service is included in the wash. Crew Carwash wants another $28 to clean the interior. I'm sure they would do a better job, but that price is too much. It is too bad, I've watched this new location be built and I had high hopes. read more

I got a free coupon to try a new local car wash near me so I tried it. It seems a little pricey - almost double what the car wash I currently use charges. this is really a nice car wash. You pull up and put your car in neutral and the wash does the rest. There aren't a lot of people involved in the operation of it, but it's very complete and concise. The wash does a great job and I'll be coming back to try another car. read more

Fraud and Deception! If you want your money stolen -- go to Crew Carwash! Want to become a victim of fraud? -- Head to Crew Carwash! And if you ever decide to cancel their services, be prepared that it will be nearly impossible! Here's my story: In May, they suddenly increased my rate from $23.87 to $43.40. When I contacted Crew Carwash customer support, they told me it was in the "contract" -- saying the rate automatically increases after 6 months. The problem is, I NEVER signed any contract! And I have a 3-year history of using various car washes -- always on the basic package. This is easy to prove. Moreover, during a conversation with a Crew Carwash employee, I specifically requested the basic package because that's what I always do at any car wash. It gets worse. In early July, I visited them to let them know that I was moving and would no longer be able to use their services, and I asked to close my account. They assured me that if I stopped using the services, the charges would stop. At that moment, I was already paid up until July 25th (give or take a day), and I could have continued using their services until then, but I didn't -- because I had already moved far away from Crew Carwash. I trusted their words and left, not suspecting that the real trouble was just beginning. In August, I found out that they charged my account again on July 25th for services I DID NOT use. I called their support again and was told: "Don't worry, we'll refund your money, and no more charges will be made." But today, I discovered that they have NO RECORD of this call! How is that possible? It's simple: Crew Carwash conveniently forgets such "details." This is also easy to prove -- I have a new rental agreement for a different address and a contract with a new car wash located next to my new residence. Furthermore, I'm confident that Crew Carwash has surveillance footage, and they definitely cannot prove that I was there after I moved. And if that's not enough, in September, my bank changed my card details on their own initiative, and the card number changed. Imagine my surprise when Crew Carwash charged the NEW card! When I asked how this was possible, they claimed that I PERSONALLY provided them with the new card. But that's a lie! After my visit in July, I haven't been to their location at all. And today, during yet another phone call, a representative of Crew Carwash told me that according to their rules, they cannot refund my money that they stole! Unbelievable! And the worst part? They welcome you at the car wash with fake smiles. Don't be fooled: behind those artificial smiles lie deception, theft of your money, and complete disregard for the customer. TOTAL: Crew Carwash stole $169.26 from me. Bottom line: If you like being scammed, signed up for unwanted services, and blamed for their mistakes -- Crew Carwash is the place for you. Beware of this company, or your money will disappear into their pockets without your consent or knowledge! read more

Went in for a wash the other day and bought the membership with the worker at the gate. Came out of the wash and the side mirror housing was missing and the rear license plate was bent on my 2002 BMW. I placed a complaint. I waited five days for a reply and this was their comment: "We truly understand your concern that the damage may have been a result of the carwash. We find most likely your mirror cover was loose or damaged prior to the wash. In addition, we have a posted policy that we do not accept liability for vehicles that are 15 years or older." How do they come to that conclusion? Quite an assumption to avoid accountability. The attendant at the gate who sold me the membership did not warn me of this policy, and there was no documentation provided that stated this either. Even so, my license plate is no 15 years and that was damaged. Side mirror housing costs more than the membership so now I have to buy that and fix my license plate because this unscrupulous company can't say "sorry that happened. Here's your money back." Total bullshit. Should have known better than to trust this scam of a business. read more

This company has a policy problem. They deny all claims until it gets to a court level. If your car is damaged by their machines, you are SOL. I have tons of documentation, pictures, and the most thorough carfax you've ever seen, yet they still deny. I've had to engage an attorney to get my issue resolved and in the process, have discovered this alarming info along with hundreds of other people with identical issues. It's not really about me anymore, but more-so the mass damage that customers have incurred at the hands of this companies bottom line serving policies. I'm trying to bring it into the light as much as possible in order to force a policy change that protects customers instead of their business. Please engage your Attorney Generals office if you are in a similar situation. read more

crew car wash is the worst car wash I have ever run a vehicle through. I recently had my vehicle detailed. I've use the same detailer for over 10 years. Two weeks ago I received a coupon for a free ultimate wash for the brand new crew car wash in Wayzata Minnesota. Since it had recently rained and I had some spots on my black vehicle, I decided to take advantage of this coupon since the car wash is brand new this year I thought, what could go wrong. As I never bring my vehicles through a touch car wash, and I always run them through a touchless car wash. To my dismay, When I got home to finish wiping my vehicle down, I discovered many fine scratches all over one side of my vehicle, so I drove back and asked the technician to look at my vehicle. I filled out an incident report and was told that they would get back to me very soon. Four days later, I received a "standard form denial" e-mail that wasn't even signed by a person, this was very impersonal an insulting to me, as no one called and had a discussion with me at all regarding my claim. Of course, they claim in their letter that it is impossible for their car wash to scratch a vehicle because of the "technology that they have." they also claimed that no other vehicles reported this type of damage on the same day as my claim. as I read through the many complaints from Crew Carwash patrons, I have come to an understanding that this is common practice for them. Even though it cost me $150 to have the scratches buffed out they understand that trying to take them to court to retrieve my $150 is something that most people are not willing to do. The cost is simply prohibitive, along with the time it takes to do so. In closing, I just want to note to all the people of Wayzata Minnesota, if you've worked your tail off to finally afford the sports car of your dreams, DO NOT TAKE IT TO CREW CAR WASH. I suggest using WAYZATA BAY CAR WASH on Lake Street. read more

This car wash damaged my SUV with a scrape that is approximately 2 inches wide and 1 and 1/2 long of my paint near next to the tailgate window. I know they did it as I wipe my car down every time I go through a car wash and this wasn't there previously. The scrape is too high for it to have been done by another car and was more than a single lined scrape. The on site supervisor took my info down and picture of the damage and had me fill out a damage form and stated corporate would be in touch with me. Corporate refused to pay for the damage as they stated the do over 500 cars a day and no one else had complained about damage to their vehicles and that I couldn't prove that it was the Crew Car wash that did the damage. I can't prove that they did it any more than they can prove they didn't do it. I never had an issue with Gerrings Car Wash in the 20 plus years I went to prior to Crew Car Wash taking over. This was my first (and last) car wash at Crew Car Wash. read more
