Excellent apartments with friendly staff. We lived here for a year and never had any issues. The biggest thing to watch out for are the wasps. When it's warm outside, the wasps are everywhere. Maintenance took some steps towards getting rid of them, but could do more to keep the pests away year-round. Parking was easy, and the rules were fair. No big complaints here. They are apartments and come with the same cons any apartments do: neighbor noise, limited space, etc. As far as apartments go, these are great. There was a courtesy officer, a sheriff, and at least one state trooper that lived there, very safe. read more

It is an awesome community to live in! The maintenance employees are johnny on the spot when you have a problem and the office staff are friendly and supportive. It is a safe environment to live. I love living here! read more

When I decided not to take and apartment with them I knew I would forfeit my app fees but they also refused to refund my deposit-also their website advertises one price and they give a higher price and they require you to take out $100,000 renter's insurance with them being the beneficiary--these people are crooks read more

Good luck, a motel is better than this place. Look at the grounds, do a drive thru before you make an appointment. Make sure and get a upstairs apt,or you'll regret it. Watch where you step, dog crap everywhere. All kisses and hugs before you sign lease, good luck getting anything done afterwards. Current management couldn't find there way out of a wet paper sack! Kiss that deposit good bye ( misc. cleaning fees). Yeah, I'll rate this place at negative 5 stars. Had to rate 1 star because yelp wouldn't let me rate no stars. read more

I wish I could rate zero stars as well... They are always stern about things that don't matter and other things that do matter they are not. I never have my dog off his leash but I haven't seen a single person who does and it's a requirement as per the lease. I told them about it and still nothing has changed. For how much I pay for this apartment there is NOTHING worth it. The tile is easily cracked the windows won't latch shut there are dents in the doors and when I asked them to replace the dryer because it turns off without finishing the cycle they "tested it" and said nothing is wrong with it. The inner part of the washer came out entirely and all they did was glue it back on. The dryer lint tray is broken and has a hole in it and it lets the lint through to the inner part which to me is a fire hazard. They told me to just reach my hand in there and clean it out once a month. I do but it still doesn't get all of it out and I still worry about it. I pay a monthly "rent" fee for the washer and dryer and so I don't see why they can't give me one that isn't half working. They have a shed in the back where they keep their extra items. They don't get anything new. EVER. They take from apartments that are not being used or from the shed in the back of the complex. When my refrigerate stopped working properly and would shut down every few hours I asked them to fix it or get me a new one. This went on for weeks of them trying to "fix" it. Because it didn't go off while they were looking at it they said that I WAS doing something wrong... The refrigerator was on it's highest setting and still my meat and ice cream showed signs of being thawed and the refrozen I finally put a freezer pop in there and held up my watch and took pictures throughout the day. They finally got me a new refrigerator. THE NEW ONE WAS OUT OF THEIR SHED AND IT HAD COCKROACHES IN IT!! I fought the cockroaches for over a year before I told them I wanted to just switch apartments. I had lost over $100 worth of meat and other items frozen and spent hours and tons of money on bug spray and traps because the people who did the pest control couldn't get rid of them. When the person came to look through the apartment they said it wasn't an infestation so I had nothing to worry about. I almost flipped my lid I was so mad! There used to be a real sweet receptionist that worked in the office and I could count on her to set things right but now that she is gone the staff is rude and whenever I ask them to fix something they act like I'm asking for free rent. I asked for something in writing when my lease came up to re-sign they want me to sign 2 months a head of the date it's actually due or it goes up $400 so I can't look for a place unless I want to take the risk of my rent going up. It's a year lease so I'm stuck for a hole year. If we break our lease we have to pay for 2 months and then continue to pay if someone doesn't rent it soon after. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! read more

Would rate zero stars if I could. Management is terrible and notorious for telling you one thing and doing another. For instance, saying they will waive early termination fee if they can lease it out but still charge the early term fee even after they had a new lease on it. When I asked about it they said they never said that. When I escalated to their management, they insisted that they never said that. HOWEVER, management accidentally sent me an email back saying "don't worry, he didn't record anything." Meaning to send it to the on-site leasing agent. Also, they left door wide open after pest spray (which didn't work as there were roaches everywhere when I left). If i didn't have my dog gated, he could have easily escaped. They also are very lazy in responding to maintenance requests. Their faulty oven flipped the breaker for my apartment and they had me go and find the breaker outside and fix it myself. Took several months to get refrigerator switched out that wasn't working and caused several frozen items to go bad. Took a few days for them to respond to a leak in the wall which caused the carpet to become soaked and moldy and furniture to have water damage. After they fixed the leak, they didn't even address the water damage. Check them out on the BBB, I filed a complaint there. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
