We had many, many more issues other than tile with John Giordano...We hired John as the general…read morecontractor for our home renovation and was the worst decision ever made. Him and his team demo'd our old bathroom and glued tile to the shower walls that were chipped, broken and uneven which resulted in uneven, crooked grout lines and left us having to replace tile and grout again after we fired him from the project. When I asked his workers why they were putting chopped and cracked tile up that was uneven, they said "you were in a hurry for a shower, right?" The workers, Tone, Travis, Bruce and Anthony he had were less than skilled leaving unfastened molding and trim against the bottom of the wall, breaking brand new tile, creating bigger than needed holes in our ceiling for can lights, leaving live electrical wires dangling from the ceiling and scratched vinyl flooring that they just installed. Not sure if this was all due to their lack of experience or the weed they were smoking on the job that probably impaired their ability to do the work properly. John also never arrived to our house when he said he would. Said he would be here at 9am. Then texted at noon and said he'd be there by 3pm. When he finally did show up, he would work for a hour and then disappear. This happened almost every single day. And when he did show, he did subpar work, dropped our butcher block on the ground, cracked a brand new vanity sink, broke a coffee maker and much more. He does not know basic math either.. I had to keep ordering more tile and flooring as he was not able to properly give me the correct amount the first time. He is going to say he is going to do something and then not do it. The certified and licensed professionals we hired after John to FIX all the mistakes and complete the work in our house were shocked at the less than acceptable quality of his work and could not believe how much we paid him to basically do nothing but create more work and a bigger mess. We hired him because he was able to start right away and what a mistake that was. If you ever come across this person or his employees, RUN! The I only thing John Giordano is good at is over promising, underdelivering and cashing checks.

He did a very detailed and honest estimate, originally he quoted us about a 2 week job, they ended getting it done in half that time! I've never experienced such professionalism from a contractor before, they showed up everyday and worked many hours, keeping us involved the entire time. I highly recommend Pro Builders and Management.

I've found the perfect "10" in a contractor. It's Joe and his team of skilled professionals. I planned out and designed my entire kitchen remodel and they did it 100% to my specs. I have no idea how they can give you a timeline to completion but they did even with a few "OOPS" along the way concerning pre-existing structural errors they had to correct 1st, prior to proceeding. -100% professional and I trusted all the workers to be in my home for a few weeks. I was lucky and am retired so I was home during the complete install. A very tough position to be in if you're a contractor because you are very likely to have interactions with these guys during the day and what a pleasant experience I had with all of them. This is the 1st. day without any of these guys and I feel a little lost not having them in my home 5 days a week for weeks. -These guys respect your home and your wishes 100%. Always spent a minimum of 30-45 minutes every day to clean up any messes that were created by the daily construction. -Always had at least 2 guys a day here working from the minute they arrive and NOT stopping until end of day. Never seen such integrity in a hired contractor before and work ethics second to none! -I had over 5 estimates and Joe was the first one to respond timely and none of the other 4 contractors measured up to Joe. My gut said "Pick Joe" and I'm 100% satisfied not only with their work but their ability to accommodate my needs and wishes were always addressed. Each of their specialized workers was extremely personable and I had to often catch myself, as I was distracting them with chat, from performing their job. -I not only have a new "Go-To" contractor but have made some new friendships along the way. What a wonderful and positive experience I had. Let me save you the aggravation of seeking a great contractor. Truly one call and you're all done. Oh yea, their price was not only competitive but extremely reasonable. At "no" point did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of. Go for it!!!! I will gladly allow prospective customers for Joe to come into my home to see the quality work they do. Please get my number from Joe-(Jerry from Penfield), he'll know. Thank you,

Our skylight in the family room was pouring water during a heavy rain. Luckily, it stopped raining…read more I called TG about 10 pm and he showed up first thing in the morning and took pictures of the problem. The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

The work that he did was first rate and if that wasn't enough, he took the time to really engage our two intrigued young daughters who were excited to have the bathroom painted and continually peaked around the bathroom door to see what was going on. The pricing is not only fair, but also transparent. Josh not only asks for input in terms of what you want, every step of the way, but also educates you as to what options exist based on style and cost consideration.
