Chevron with Techron. Have no idea if this gasoline really improves a car's performance, but it sure attracts a lot of folks to fill up at any Chevron gasoline station out there. Stopped by one morning before heading home, and it wasn't too busy. Area outside was clean. Inside their mini mart, it was tidy and well stocked also. No greeting from the crew, but that would not deter me from returning. An A-Ok visit. Filled up the tank, used their air machine, and got me some snacks for the road. read more

Great customer service at first. Purchased a car wash, after going through the car wash, we realized it pulled the weather stripping off the top of our truck. Well when your on a road trip what do you do ? Get gas and clean your vehicle! Lol Well this was a wasted stop I should have just spent my money elsewhere. Went in and paid for a car wash after a $90 dollar fill up because you can't pay outside. The Mgr told me they where having an issue I think with the wax but that was a non issue for me. Care wash is touch-less and did a crap job. We had used the touch free in Pismo and it did a great job. This is where this stop went bad, came back in to ask if I could have a 2nd pass as it did not do a good job the Asst Mgr basically said people try to do that all the time it's ripping them off!!! WTF ok get the MGR, the MGR and I go outside and look at my my truck it was a still a mess and then he tells me sorry that's the best it can do ! Really ? And no for a second try. So if you need fuel and your car or truck and it needs a bath this is a good place not to stop because their customer service sucks. read more

we went to chevron on 2-06-2021 at 9:18pm. my wife and I decided to get a 12 pack of beer and a few craving candies for my children. As I was paying for the items I noticed that I did not know how much I was paying on the credit card reader . So regardless of this issue went ahead and paid for. the cashier asked me if I want it a receipt which i told him yes. As I was walking out of the store I notice I was being charge $58.99 for the beer and 5 pieces of candy, my wife went back and returned all candy except the beer. They returned $28.99 in cash because he did not want to return money to card. As soon as I got in to my hotel room u noticed that we were missing $10. So we went back and returned the beer for a full refund and this is where it got a little weird. The cashier make and a co worker (female) started cussing to us that if we did not leave they were going to call the cops Which they and we also called the cops as well. we asked them for their supervisors number and they did not give it to us... they keep in cussing to us and ask us to leave their property. we waiting for the cops a it seems that it was not the Only complain about this store. I understand that not all employees are like the one we encounter tonight but the reality is that when they are trying to take advantage of out of towners irs Not ok. We definitely won't be coming to chevron anymore the cop that helped us told us that to go to Safeway instead and they had other complains.. so if you are driving to crescent city please do you a favor and don't stop at chevron until they change things around. They told us they supervisors name was at the entrance and we took pics abd they were lying. read more

Avoid this hell hole at all cost. These people are snakes, and scoundrel's. Their pooorly designed equipment will fail and damage your vehicle, and they will weasel their way out anyway that they can to not pay for the damages. The lack of up keep of their facility would lead you to believe that it was ran by chimpanzees. Went in to wash my truck, which was dirty, and the car wash machine failed to wash the truck properly and in doing so, damaged the paint on the truck. When looking inside the car wash, their was so Much debri that got kicked around, there's no wonder there was so many scratches on the paint. You can go to any other car wash and check the floor, I guarantee it's clean and free of rocks and chunks of glass. The brushes have pores which allow debri to get stuck inside; so imagine Little Rock's beating against the paint at 1500 rpm (brushes). When I contacted the Redwood oil company, they pretended to care and say they would do the best they can, but later that day to give me a plethora of excuses to not pay for damages. Worst customer service experience anyone could ever ask for! read more

I received very helpful and friendly service here when buying propane for my RV and firewood for camping. You don't get that everywhere. I did not have to go inside to ask for assistance. As soon as they saw me pull up with my RV they came out. Carried on a nice conversation. The cashier was very pleasant as well. Kudos. read more

On Friday May 22nd 2020 at 8pm, I walked into the store. There was a big sign on the door stating that if I want to come in I need to have a mask on. Excellent idea!! The two men behind the counter have no masks on. "Why aren't you wearing masks?" I asked them... "We don't believe in it. We're resisting!" WTF?! I hope these two are fired!! Horrible station and horrible car wash. Car wash doesn't even rinse your vehicle. Yes, you actually drive away with soap all over and the 2 male employees (their names weren't even important enough to remember) who act pretty much worthless for any good service whatsoever and are always there while acting ignorant at every moment tell you "there is nothing we can do. You need to speak to the manger. We aren't sure when he's in next and we won't give you his name." Uhhhh-what? Well, seems like the only thing they're good at is standing there and looking idiotic--so, thumbs up to them for that. Maybe they could clean their disgusting bathrooms. Sorry for mean rambling, it just had to happen. This place is only in business because it's on the 101. Motorcycle riders please be aware that this gas station/mini mart is not biker friendly. They expect you to have all your gear off before you enter the mini mart and are definitely very rude about it. They have these real crude signs posted in hard to see locations. They were incredibly rude to me and I really don't need some punk kid ''ordering'' me what to do. I am a law abiding citizen and they treated me like dirt. Stay Away!!!!!! read more

Just filled up my tank and asked if they could do a quick fix that I was even willing to pay for - all the job required was a simple crescent wrench to tighten a loose antenna on my truck, and the mechanic said for me to take it to a dealer!
