They're all wonderful women who are more than happy to help. Maintenance is on top of it, senior maintenance Jamie is very capable and helpful in keeping this place in tiptop shape! Jaylin is a power house of intelligence. All maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. This complex was built in 2016. The only downside I could say is some of the infrastructure of the building may make it so that noise from neighbors is not absorbed easily. But if that is a concern, there is another sister complex right next to this one that is more insulated and they are building a third sister building right behind it that I'm sure will be far more advanced. That is one of the main reasons I moved into this apartment building. The staff truly cares about its' residents and wants to create/host events for everyone to get together. You can't beat the location either. It's right in the heart of downtown near the bars and restaurants. Also it's walking distance from the Tampa Bay Rays field and the Rowdy's soccer field. It is ridiculous that they are so strict knowing how the economy has been for the past years. I know for a fact that people with much less income have been approved because they don't even have a credit history for not having lived in the United States long enough. Hopefully I will find a place willing to lease me a home or else Sarasota County Schools will just lose a teacher for not having where to live.

I have great credit and plenty of income to qualify. The representative said I would hear back Thursday or Friday. I never heard back, so I looked at my online application, which said "Approved." So, I called them Saturday and Monday multiple times and no one ever answered. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails. No one ever returned my calls. I am now out $350 due to their $75 application fee and utterly ridiculous $275 "admin fee." Stay away from these thieves! They are apparently just using applications to drive profits. What a joke.

They will tack on fees any chance they get. Hannah will intentionally avoid you at all costs. They will laugh in your face and not respond to you. They will ignore you on purpose and the only way to get any response is by reaching out to corporate and then it's still a 50/50 shot. Apartments are cheaply made. Maintenance and upkeep is awful. Management is literally the worst I've ever seen in my life. It makes me sick that I got roped in to living here for another year.
