This is my favorite park, I love exercising along the beautiful path that this park offers. A wonderful place with lots of nature, lots of trees, very green grass, lots of benches throughout the park, everything is always clean and well looked after.

New to Brentwood and still discovering local parks and trails. I walk quite a bit on the Marsh Creek trail and one of the more scenic sections of that trail run through Creekside Park in Brentwood. If you're visiting the park to use the playground equipment or use the disc golf course, there is ample street parking. There is also a sprawling lawn, a little free library and lots of shaded benches. It's a nice little local park and has a friendly, community vibe. Review #93 of 100 review goal in 2021

This review is for the tennis courts. There is one tennis court available and plenty of parking. The court was kept well and has bright lights for evening play until 10 PM. The park around the courts was busy with kids biking and people walking but it was quiet for the most part.

This is always favorite park of my daughter. Always wanted go here. Has enough for space to accommodate different age kids. Big tunnel slide is more attraction to kids.

Awesome park Brentwood. This morning we ran across this beautiful hidden gym in. Would California a lovely extremely well-maintained park that has two play areas one for 2 to 5 years old and one for 5 to 12 years old. There is also activities for physically disabilities to enjoy. I was particularly interested in the new merry go round style with ropes to help children hang on. My grandsons had an awesome time and the best news yet is I found an almost identical park in my home town of Orange, Ohio - how did I never notice that before???

I love taking my son here anytime we are in Brentwood! It's a really nice park that has a good portion of shade so it isn't to hot. They have two sides 2-5 and 5-12 my son is 3 currently but loves going back and forth to each side. The top is a giant slide that requires a ladder to get up. He has done it once but it may be to tall for his liking. It has a lot of activities to keep kids entertained. There is a water fountain and some picnic tables near by and a large grass field. Wish they had a restroom near the park since it is a very nice up-to date playground. They have a portable bathroom near the sidewalk . It's in a quite neighborhood so every time we have gone it doesn't seem to be to packed.

Hidden away in a little neighborhood in Brentwood is this cute little park. When I used to live in Brentwood and I babysat I would walk my little chitlins here to play. I made a trip out to Brentwood with my son and thought I'd take him down here for a swing. They have two separate kids areas. A small one for the little walkers like my son and a bigger one for the big kids. Plus two little swings for the little guys. It was his first time in swinging! He wasn't to impressed. He's just learned to walk and that is definitely more interesting to him. I tried to get him to play on the small kids structure but he had no interest. The wood chips were also hard for him to navigate, being that he's only walked for a month. What he really wanted to do was go run around in the big cement turnabout area. All of the hoodlums with bikes left while we were swinging and now he had free range to run around like a crazy man. He did a few circles in there and then headed for the huge open space of grass. It's massive. He charged head long into it. Also grass was not the best walking surface for a new walker. More forgiving when he fell though. I've always enjoyed this park. It in a quiet nice neighborhood and there's plenty for kids to do. A very nice hidden gem.

Someone turned me on to this place last summer and throughout the summer months, this was our starting point for our bike rides along the Marsh Creek Regional Trail. "The Marsh Creek Regional Trail, in easternmost Contra Costa County, winds along Marsh Creek through bountiful tracts of farmland. The paved, multi-use trail is about 6.5 miles long and extends from Creekside Park in Brentwood to the wave-lapped Delta shores of Big Break. When completed, the trail will be 14 miles long and will connect the fertile Delta region with the wooded foothills of Morgan Territory Regional Preserve and the quiet serenity of Round Valley Regional Park east of Mt. Diablo State Park. Trail users can benefit from several community parks and greenbelts along the way, which offer respite from mid-day summer heat." Whether I'm biking or walking Marsh Creek Trail, my route takes me straight through Creekside park. What you can expect: - nestled within a charming subdivision, Creekside park is somewhat hidden from passerby's on Balfour - serene setting - something for everyone; jogging, walking, biking, tennis court, playground, ball field, basketball, BBQ, and picnic areas - a wonderful place to bring your children with lots to explore I recommend starting here at Creekside and making your way to Big Break Regional Shoreline in Oakley or vice versa. I prefer the former. Once you're on the trail, this is what you'll find: - trees - farmland - wildlife (you are in farm country, afterall); squirrels, birds, cows, horses, chickens, etc - creeks, lots of creeks - a rope swing or two others have tied to trees along the path - the occasional fellow biker/walker/jogger... make sure you say, "hi, hello, good morning/afternoon," or any version thereof - peace and tranquility Although, close to the heavily traveled roads of Brentwood/Oakley, the sounds of the bustling city wash away amongst the sounds of the water and the trees. This is my gift to you. Enjoy.

Really nice park for little and older kids. The only downside is that they do not have a bathroom.

Nice location next to Marsh Creek trail and the park has 2 big toys, swings and a large open grass area just off the playground.
