She also provided a text option to confirm the appointment which was also very helpful. Cy was the technician who provided our inspection. He called to let us know he would be arriving a bit early. He was diligent in addressing our concerns and checking other portions of the house and foundation. His assessment was honest and fortunately, he did not find our foundation to be the issue (thankfully).
