I find this very exasperating. I too have been an Alaska USA customer for years, have things gotten a little bumpy since the Pandemic- yes- but that's not unique to this company. There's a staffing shortage literally everywhere. Generally my experience with Alaska USA has been best when I seek assistance in person. This branch, like all others is no exception.

When they make a mistake, they make the customer pay for it and not themselves. It's super sad that they don't value their customer time! Wow, way to punish the consumer! You certainly showed us. They want me to come into the branch and sign a contract for a special key just to use the afterhours drop box. Asinine is a word hardly strong enough. Asi-TEN! Unless you are trying to punish yourself just go to the Wasilla location.
