I told her that I didn't have a vehicle...so my time wasn't my own and I would have to find a ride. She told me to take an uber..."it is only about $30"...I live in a rural area where there is no getting an uber. I asked about a couple cars on the website that I was interested in and I was told the photos of the vehicles on their website is just "stock photos" of what they could " potentially" have on their lot...RED FLAG! I couldn't get a price on anything...I was like, is this seriously Fort Knox? I never made it to the lot because I kept seeing more and more red flags. The sales lady proceeded to text me a couple times a week for months and eventually she stopped. I'm so glad I listened to my gut especially after reading these horrible reviews. The mechanic also thinks that the rear differential was already messed up before I bought the car as I only had the car for a week and it was making noises the day I bought it. They told me it was at a body shop getting a dent fixed and would send a few more pictures once it got back on Monday. Monday come around and got a picture but not all of them at 2:18PM and was told I'd be sent more then another text from someone who I wasn't even dealing with that the vehicle was sold at 6:03PM when I had scheduled off Tuesday to drive down and get the vehicle and when I called asking about why it was sold they said "well someone came in and decided to buy it and wouldn't take a hold for a used vehicle." If I could give this dealer a 0 star I would based off reading the reviews of service and the buying process. Terrible customer service and communication, First inquiry first serve but no. Couldn't get me the pictures in time for me to make it worth the drive and then sell it from under me is ridiculous.
