All kinds of nonsense. when I told the lady in repairs that she said lies. Get real! if you runs shady dealership! it's not going to change. Hes going to continue doing so. Xxuck Frank Myers. I'm calling the better business bureau!!!!!

I was in the market for a vehicle, but my credit was not great. A friend of mine told me she knew…read morethe owner of this place and that they would work with me. So, I hopped on the website and browsed through some really nice cars, but everything was "call for price"...well, you don't have to call because to be able to browse the site you have to give your name phone number, etc. Next thing I know I have a "sales lady" texting me asking when I could come by and look at some cars. I told her that I didn't have a vehicle...so my time wasn't my own and I would have to find a ride. She told me to take an uber..."it is only about $30"...I live in a rural area where there is no getting an uber. I asked about a couple cars on the website that I was interested in and I was told the photos of the vehicles on their website is just "stock photos" of what they could " potentially" have on their lot...RED FLAG! I couldn't get a price on anything...I was like, is this seriously Fort Knox? I never made it to the lot because I kept seeing more and more red flags. The sales lady proceeded to text me a couple times a week for months and eventually she stopped. I'm so glad I listened to my gut especially after reading these horrible reviews. I am still in the market for a vehicle, but I will not be darkening the door at Frank Myers Auto Maxx.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! I bought a car from New Era Motors on 8/25/25, and less than a…read moreweek later on 8/31/25, the entire transmission EXPLODED!!! The cost to fix it costs almost as much as I paid for the car. New Era Motors did NOT offer any sort of financial compensation, repairs, or help whatsoever with my car. My car is not drivable until it gets repaired, and the repairs could take weeks. The mechanic who is working on fixing my car said it was the WORST transmission explosion he has ever seen. This was my first time buying a car and they DID NOT reccomend i get an inspection or anything before i bought the car. (Even though Kellans automated responses say that they offer it) They just wanted to get my money. They even tried to convince me to get a personal loan to buy a different car when I said the bank wouldnt approve buying a car older than 10 years. Then they tried to make me put a $1000 deposit on it even though I couldn't buy the car, and I was not going to take out a personal loan. Please DO NOT buy a car from here and do your research!! Update: 9/26/25 My car is now TOTALED!!! I bought the car for about $9800 the transmission blowing up costed me a little over $8000, the mechanic fixed my car and then found out that the rear differential was messed up and that costed me another $2200 to fix. So the total to repair my car was about $10500 when I purchased the car for less. This is absolutely insane. The mechanic also thinks that the rear differential was already messed up before I bought the car as I only had the car for a week and it was making noises the day I bought it. This dealership absolutely sucks. DO NOT waste your money here. They will be hearing from me soon.

Also had the oil light come on the next day. When I called them, they took 3 days for a manager to get back with me. Just to tell me it was my problem. Side note. There was also a young lady there when I was purchasing that was complaining they sold her a car 3 days prior with bad coil packs. I'm starting to see a pattern here. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER! You will be highly disappointed and end up with a bigger headache than not having a vehicle to drive.

Told us all parts had to be marked coming in and leaving I asked why then they didn't do that when I walked in they then repeated that all parts had to be marked coming in and out and I said the lady did say a word nor mark them, they accused us of stealing from them and we had to buy our own stuff back from them and to beat all the parts I had was even things that you could get there or even had, so in closing do not go there if you don't want to get screwed out of money I had to pay over 60 damn dollars to get my own belongs back, I recommend no one ever go to this place
