I read your website and all I can say is, I had a good feeling about it. I placed a call to your company that night and the very next day Beau called me back. I admit I had some skepticism in moving forward with the process, after all, you guys are not a local company; I'm in CA and you guys are in MO. But, after placing calls to other 800 # companies and one to the only local company, out here in my neck of the woods, AND speaking to Beau, I was assured "Credit Guys" was my best option. Well first I emailed and was told i will get a call back. I waited a week and didn't hear anything. Then i called and was told i would get a call back from the proper person to help me. Waited a week, and didn't hear back. Called again and got an answering machine. I left message asking for someone to contact me. It has been two weeks since that last call. I wish I could leave less than a star. I have called multiple times only to get a "someone will call you back." No one has ever bothered returning my call. If this business can't even call back potential consumers, why on earth would you trust them enough to give them your money?! Terrible customer service and communication skills! I spoke to someone there about my situation, paid them, faxed over a bunch of paperwork and documentation and waited. A few months later I received a call from another gentleman asking if they could help me since they weren't able to when we last spoke. I explained to him that I had actually paid them and asked for help. He had no good response as to why he had incorrect information and who, if anyone, was working on my file or if they even still had it. Took my money, did nothing. read more

Horrible service. I paid them their full amount and delivered almost nothing. They will not call you back, they will give you the run around and when you do get a hold of your "account manager" they do nothing. I even talked to the President of the company and he did nothing. I don't get it. You pay, they promise and net result is less than 0. read more

Do NOT waste your time with these people. They will not return your calls or email requests. How can I give my personal information to some jack offs that have no courtesy to even communicate with me? I've never seen a business that behaves like this one and I'm glad that I saw their true colors up front rather than later after I paid them.
