I wasn't told that my credit would be completely destroyed, that every card that was "settled " would be closed, and that even accounts that were not in the program and that I kept up the payments on would be affected. I paid off some of my smaller cards myself and informed the associates of this, yet offers were still sent to those card companies. This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how bad it gets once they actually have your business. Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
