Credo Management has been one of the worst credit repair companies I've dealt with. They promote a false narrative about helping fix your credit, but in reality, it feels like they are only interested in taking your money without delivering results. I have been paying for their services, yet I have not seen any meaningful progress or improvement. Instead of taking accountability, they consistently make excuses and shift the blame onto the client. My experience with the account manager, Stockton, has also been very disappointing. The level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Overall, Credo Management comes across as deceptive and untrustworthy. I paid for a service expecting results, but the outcome did not match the expectations that were given to me. I was also frustrated with how they handled a transaction and charged me even though the warranty involved was already voided. This left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. I tried contacting them multiple times, but my phone calls were not answered and my emails were ignored. I was scheduled to have a 1:00 p.m. appointment. I received a phone call from Jade at 1:31p.m.. I tried to reach Rex several times. When he finally returned my phone call he was rude and insulting. Stating " you just cant afford it". Then he proceeds to continues via text saying they called exactly at 1:00 p.m. I have attached a timestamp of the call. By this time I had arrived at work and could speak with them. Due to the nature of my employment. I work a secure government facility. Be aware, Rex is nice when he is trying sell you their business. I told them to cancel the membership. If his behavior an indication of how they do business. I'll take my chances on my own. This is probably the reason they are listed with BBB. read more
