After I had canceled due to major health issues. Months later they withdrew from my bank all my rent 149. Twice than 200 too clean out my bank account. Now I'm probably going to be homeless onto of being 65yrs old and disabled veteran. They said I had to have email from 5/20/24 to be valid . I don't know how they got my current bank account as I only opened it 2 months ago strictly for receiving disability. I had canceled 5/25/24 . I was promised a 150 pt increase in 90 days or my 6 month contract would be cancelled, and a refund provided all guaranteed on a recorded line. I took out no new credit or made any changes as they requested for the last 90 days, resulting in no change in my credit score in fact it dropped 5 points. This is totally bogus compnay. Scam. Just stay away from it. They sold me 3 month of warranty based contract and instead of increasing my score it decrease. They gave me other BS and got me in to another 3 month contract and after 6 month nothing. I came back to the score where I started. I enrolled with 700 Credit Experts, who charged me $149. After 28 days, I received a call inquiring if I wished to enroll, to which I responded that I had already done so. Despite my explanation, Dyland insisted I hadn't signed up. After placing me on hold, he mentioned a manager or JJ would return my call, yet two days passed without any follow-up. Despite leaving messages and Dyland acknowledging he received them, promises of a callback within 24 hours remained unfulfilled. With another $149 payment due on February 2nd, I'm skeptical about their services, especially since my credit scores are fair--667, 677, 687--but I aspire to reach 800. The additional expense of $189 monthly, plus credit monitoring fees, is not justifiable without tangible results or evidence of their efforts. Their lack of knowledge regarding their client base and the absence of approved reviews raise significant concerns.
