On the Rocx's Bartending was a complete disaster for my wedding. I spoke with Beverly 4-5 times on…read morethe phone throughout my experience with her. Each time, the event details were confirmed (date, location, and time). The day of my wedding, my event planner asked "where are the bartenders, they were suppose to arrive 3-3:30 for serving of alcohol by 4:30pm. So I found my phone (which I did not have in my back pocket as it was my wedding day), and I had several missed calls and voicemails from Beverly. Her 1st voicemail around 2:30 stated the bartender was in route and everything was good to go. 1 hour later, she left 2 more voicemails basically saying there had been a huge mixup in time and that no one would arrive until 5:30pm. I thought that couldn't be the worst outcome, guests wont even notice. 5:30pm rolls around, 6pm, 6:30pm. No one has shown up. This is in the middle of cocktail hour and my cousin and uncle had to get behind the bar and serve drinks to 140 people. At 7pm, two bartenders finally show up. My original booking was from 4:30pm-10:30pm and they left around 10pm. Not to mention, I stressed the importance of the beer and wine being cooled before being served to guests. Beverly understood this and assured my the bartenders were arriving early and with enough ice/cooler space for the drinks to be cold. By some miracle, my dad decided to bring his own coolers, and have every single beer and wine bottle cold hours before the wedding started. Had I relied on this vendor, the beer and wine would've been hot and not servable. I am never the one to go out of my way to leave reviews, but I decided this was unacceptable on every measure of professionalism. A partial refund was given for the catostrophic mistake. I would never recommend this vendor for any occasion.

In the wedding business it's important to remember you get what you pay for. This has been the best money spent in all of my wedding expenses, so far. Bash came HIGHLY-RECOMMENDED thru about 6 different websites, so I reached out to LT, and made arrangements to meet with her. I fell in love the minute I met her, and signed her immediately. There isn't anything LT won't do in the best way possible, to make this day amazing. She's planning it all, including the rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch, blocking rooms, hiring vendors, booking formal wear appointments, monitoring our budget, monitoring our wedding Web site, save-the-dates, invitations, the list goes on and on and on. I don't know how she keeps it all together, and looking effortless! To date, she has schlepped us to numerous wedding venues, catering tastings, vendor appointments, kept me from melting down numerous times in the midst of planning my wedding, is on-track with all of my whacky requests and handles my micro-managing with absolute grace, stays in constant e - mail contact with me, and is definitely the calm in the storm. I still have 9 months until my wedding, and without LT and Bash, I'd be lost and probably in a mental home by now. I will most definitely update my review once our wedding is over, but for now, I'm here to tell you that Bash Event Planning, and LT are AMAZING!!! EPIC catered our wedding last month. We had such a great experience that we cannot rave about them…read moreenough! First, the professionalism and responsiveness was top notch. Tony oversaw every last detail to perfection, and always with a friendly smile. Second, the food was AWESOME. Chef Adam got a challenge from us since we wanted a fully vegetarian menu with some items that they had not made before like Polish doughnuts. Not only were they enthusiastic about the challenge, what they made turned out incredible. For a wedding of largely non-vegetarian guests, feeding them all vegetarian meant that the food has to be absolutely top notch. EPIC hit that high standard with several live cooking stations, including paella, Indian "tacos" (in homemade waffle cones), Asian stir fry, and, my favorite, a Polish doughnut station! What a treat it was to eat so well at a wedding. Even the biggest meat eaters we know were delighted. Third, EPIC provided more than just catering, and they worked seamlessly with our other vendors. EPIC's bakery provided our wedding cake, which, like their food, was delicious. EPIC also helped us acquire our table linens, which allowed us to get EPIC's wholesale discount. The boss attended the walk-through and was there on the morning of our wedding day overseeing everything. Overall EPIC gets a solid 5 out of 5 stars. We tried several other catering companies before choosing EPIC, including some of the most established and best known companies in Atlanta, and the people and the food at EPIC are hands down the best there is. If you are looking for a catering company that will that will make food that is unique, delicious, and fabulously presented, choose EPIC.
