Boring newspaper. They aren't talking about anything I can't find myself such as weather or news on…read morepropaganda outlets such as CNN and MSNBC(which I never watch anyways). Their reporter Tom Kisken looks moronic because his eyes are too close together, he looks like he might break a bone opening a car door(has he lifted a weight in his life?), and all he does is say 'get your COVID vaccine' because big pharma pays his salary. Who wants to hear the latest propaganda from billionaires that hate President Trump and want to pretend all the protesters they pay to riot are 'grass roots' when any educated person can clearly see they're astroturf? If you want to be fooled into billionaire left-wing propaganda that claims billionaires are bad then read VC Star. Hopefully this rag will go bankrupt soon now that Elon Musk's DOGE cut off their government propaganda money because God knows they can't stay in business without it because they actually would have to provide news most people enjoy reading instead of shoving propaganda down people's throats on behalf of left-wing billionaires(think George and Alexander Soros). I'm pretty sure most people in Ventura don't like VC Star. The only thing that was good in it was about 15 years ago when the comics were not made by the a DEI hire such as Dilbert.

I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of respect this publication has for private property. I have…read morelived here for 8 years and have repeatedly asked them to STOP throwing their unwanted newspaper on my driveway. I never signed up for it, I don't read it, and I don't want it. Despite calling and asking them to stop, they continue to litter my property every single week. It just sits there getting wet and soggy, creating a mess that I have to clean up. It is not 'free news' when you force it on people who have explicitly told you to stop; it is littering and trespassing. If you are the circulation manager reading this: Stop dumping your trash on my driveway. It is wasteful, unprofessional, and harassing to continue sending this after being told to stop.

I see letters from the same locals over and over. Just enter their names in the search bar and you will see. Always liberal bias. Fair and impartial reporting and journalism seems to have gone the way of the Dodo bird. A local paper should stick to local stories, and when there is a newsworthy local event report that in an unbiased, non opinionated way. It seems sad that this is what it has come to. In order to survive apparently the editor feels that we need more controversy and division. I'm glad the readership had declined so less people have to read the hogwash that this paper prints, as far as the readers opinions are concerned. If you must print a leftist slanted letter then be fair and counter that with a conservative reader's letter and let the people decide. That's what a newspaper should do.
