He's an upstanding guy and leveled with me that a place that specializes in automotive painting (like Maaco) would be a much better price than what he can do. They just do so much volume and are properly set up to do those jobs cheaper and quicker. AN HONEST CAR GUY. Look no further, call up Rick, he'll take great care of you!

The owner himself answered the call and was very honest about the lengthy wait time if we brought it to him. He was kind enough to refer us to another body shop that he thought was ethical. They in turn charged us nothing to evaluate the damage and recommend scrapping it. Thank you, RK Collision, for taking the time to get us into good hands from so far away--when you were clearly very busy!

The prices are very reasonable. You won't have to break the bank to get your chairs re-caned. Don't even waste your time going somewhere else, their prices are way out in left field. They also provide excellent customer service which is rare by today's standards.

Even though he cancelled my first appointment and used a clearly false excuse, he ended up rescheduling and making it out to complete the job (was very late though). We were content with his work and asked him to come back for another job which he was also late for. This time he was installing a floating entertainment center for us which he did a poor job on but we didnt realize how bad it was until after we already paid him and he left. We asked for him to come back and alter it (we even offered to pay for the inconvenience) and he gave us a new appointment for FRI 12/18. Once that day arrived, he text us saying he would be late and we said that is no problem. Then once we got closer to our new appointment time, he text again saying he would be late again. So we then rescheduled for today TUE 12/22 at noon and even received a text confirmation. It is now 2:45PM and we have been trying to reach Jason all day. He has not replied to our messages or returned any of our phone calls. Do not use this miserable excuse of a business. If you do, I promise you you will deal with the same unprofessionalism that we have. ****ORIGINALLY POSTED THIS ON TUE 12/22 BUT REPOSTING NOW BECAUSE JASON DELETED HIS FIRST YELP PROFILE**** All actions have consequences. You completely screwed us over right before Christmas and the fact that you cannot hold yourself accountable for your actions is truly pathetic. You are not fit to work in this industry and your excuses make me cringe. Again, if anyone else attempts to use this joke of a business, I cannot wait to say "I told you so" when you have an awful experience. ****ORIGINALLY POSTED THIS ON TUE 12/22 BUT REPOSTING NOW BECAUSE JASON DELETED HIS FIRST YELP PROFILE****
