An amazing studio, we had a wedding photo that unfortunately got stuck to the glass of the frame it was in and didn't want to ruin it by trying to detach it as I was sure it would rip. This studio was able to save it, so grateful as it was our favorite wedding photo and it's great. By the way that picture was 41 years old and would have devastated us if we couldn't preserve it. They also took a 5X7 picture of my son's wedding and blew it up to 3 8X10's so I could give them to the bride and groom as a gift and the other one to his younger brother, also in the photo. The prices for all this was definitely extremely reasonable as I actually expected it to be more expensive. I was so completely satisfied with their work. If you have any photography you need to either get repaired or done better, give them a try, I'm sure you will be more than satisfied . We found old some old film cameras in our house and this was the only place that would develop them in house. They did a great job developing the film and had great pricing. We also found some only video cassettes and they let us use their cameras to watch them and download them. They are very nice and provide great service. read more

Amazing!!! Always come here to develop my photos from a disposable camera and they come through so fast!!! You can get them emailed straight to your phone through an email in 3-5 business days whereas places like CVS take almost a month. Awesome place and such sweet employees!!! read more

Great LOCAL resource for personalized photo gifts. A good alternative to giving your business to a company off the internet that you'll never see face-to-face and their prices are competitive. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. Creative Photo can put your photos on everything from coasters to quilts. Mousepads, playing cards, cookie jars and license plates were some items we were surprised to find on their menu. We were happy to see they print on metal and have a full size range for HD Aluminum Art. That's one service we plan to take advantage of in the future. read more

I attended the advanced class taught by Dave aka d3. It was a real pleasure to see someone very passionate about their work. I attended the class hoping to learn a little bit about my camera and left with a complete understanding of it. So much so that the following day I exchanged my entry level dslr for a higher end model. I just wrote this review and posted it on their google+page and thought it wuold be helpful to post it here, as well. I often visit Yelp to learn of businesses and their reputations. I have taken two photography classes at Creative Photo and can't recommend them enough. David Neff is so knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things that makes me think I can actually learn how to use my DSLR - and not just in Auto mode! He clearly explains what one will learn and progresses through each topic he has outlined, making sure he covers everything, What I really love is that he makes sure students understand each topic before moving on to the next. He has also produced a fantastic handout which enables the students to really concentrate on what he is teaching as opposed to trying to listen while frantically taking notes. He spent a lot of time answering questions as we went along and helped me tremendously in understanding my camera, which is a super-zoom and not a standard DSLR. I have not used their creative services to date, but look forward to doing so. The shop is so welcoming yet it is obvious it is run by professionals who care about their trade. They are the most patient, helpful and kind when someone shows up with hundreds of photos to make a DVD for a memoriam. Their staff is one of a kind. I got some 120 film processed and scanned here and the results were very low quality. I called back to ask if this could be corrected and they said there was nothing they could do, even though the files were smaller than that of iPhone photos. I wasted $70 and will have to get the film rescanned elsewhere. read more

I was a professional portrait photographer for over 30 years. I retired in 2012 and I winter at an RV park in Ft. Myers. Once the park's activity director found out I had been a pro photographer for years she asked me to photograph the 50th wedding anniversary couples so I found a good outdoor location for portraits and photographed all eight couples that were celebrating their anniversaries in 2015. For printing I tried two other local photo finishing places but their work was terrible, so I Googled "photo labs" and Creative Photo popped up. I took my images to them and I was blown away with the quality of the prints and the professionalism of the employees. I have recently had 4 or 5 visits to Creative Photo. They expertly have made DVDs from old family VHS and 8 mm movies for me. They have also made over 200 prints. They retrieved 100 still prints from frames in the movies that I wanted as 4x6 photos to share with family. Now I have photos captured of a frame that goes by so fast in the movie that you could barely see it! The photos came out better than the movie. The movies were ancient so I was not expecting much and I welled up tears seeing my deceased family as beautiful young parents and brothers captured in photos once again. The only down side was the woman/co-owner at the counter tried to talk me out of it, saying the y would not come out and they would be terrible and I would not be happy. I decided to get 20 done anyway when a technician came to the counter and see how they came out and the staff did great. I was so happy and I had 50 more made after that. Don't listen to the negative...once the workers got my request they did a fabulous job of capturing images that touched me and will be cherished in my family. Very PROFESSIONAL and good service. I passed here many times on the way to my parents house, finally decided to stop since I had a photo I wanted printed to canvas. I wanted to support a local business though I'm embarrassed to say I reconsidered because I thought the price was too high. When I couldn't get what I wanted (because of a unique size) through a chain photo retailer, I went back with my tail between my legs. Both times I was helped by the very patient Dave W. He was gracious enough to spend a significant amount of time with me helping to figure out not only how to download the best copy of the picture, but how to enhance it. I decided to order a photo mug and bookmark too and all three items came out beautifully. When I went to pick them up I was shown each item and rung up by a very pleasant & helpful woman whose name I didn't catch. This place really had great customer service & a great product; it's well worth the few extra dollars. read more
