Explained to him we lived an hour from the home that we needed the wall for. He set a time and we told him we would be there. 6pm. 6:20 I call him as he acts like he does not know who we are. Explained our earlier (that morning) conversation. He says he thought it was a different wall and he does not do those. We again told him it wasn't and that he already knew that from earlier conversation. He is unprofessional, rude and has no customer skills. After ending our call I sent him a message and he admitted it was on him. We told him we had an hour drive to get to the house when we made the appt for the estimate.
