Very honestly he told me that was not a problem he was allowed to work on. He did, however, connect me with someone who was able to come out later that day and work on the problem and fix it. Were they left over from last year? They were properly irrigated, along with the other new plants that are still thriving. We went to Country Gardens and complained and they refused to do anything about it, because we did not have them plant the trees. We know we properly took care of these trees and they do not stand behind their products and we will not do business with them again.
