I found James Access Controls on-line and spoke with Caleb James a couple of days before he was due to get married! He promised to follow up after the wedding weekend, which he did and came to see my situation. He quickly diagnosed the issues, developed a plan of attack and I received an email quote to approve that evening. Caleb brought his brother to assist with the job (Dad can manufacture your gate...this is a real family business!), and they knocked out the job within the 3 hours he quoted. They are hard working, pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable...unfortunately a rare combination these days!

They were not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive. I chose Darren James and his team because of their excellent references, their professional approach to getting the task done, and most importantly, they were reachable and responded to my many questions. After my gates were installed, I can honestly say that James Access Control did a fantastic job and deserves a 'Big 5' for their company evaluation. If you are looking for a gate or fencing, contact them first. They did a home run at our house. You will not be disappointed.

After trying to get it all setup and working for MONTHS I finally figured it was worth getting a professional. Let me just say--Jacob was extraordinary. I had an appointment scheduled with him and an appointment scheduled with Safe Home later today. I wanted to price compare and get a feel for if someone was just trying to upsell me or if they were genuine and listened to what I wanted. I am SO glad JSB was scheduled first because immediately, I knew this guy was an expert. He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell me, and made some great recommendations based on his years of experience. He was even able to connect my electronic door locks to my new security system!! Not to mention that during this process, he identified that I have had my Wifi set up incorrectly for years (I had my router and my Orbi set up with the same username and password, so they were competing with each other rather than working together). So now, I not only have an EASY TO USE security system (which is what I wanted), but now my locks are managed from my phone, and my internet is working so much better, haha! I wish I could give more than five stars. Thank you SO MUCH, JSB!

I called initially to inquire about pricing and other details, the scheduler Michelle took her time answering every question I had. She was simply amazing; very professional, providing impeccable service. Bart Wesolowski and his side kid Randy stopped by the house for a TV & wall mount installation over the fire place. Bart is simply a rare professional, he explained everything in detail & worked with precision and speed. The installation was not done until he was satisfied with absolutely every single detail. I witnessed how he measured every inch of distance between the tv and sound bar. He adjusted and balanced the sound to perfection. Even after finishing the job, he was not 100% satisfied with his own work, so he took the 82" tv down and adjusted the entire set up again until he decided it was 100% perfect. I was watching the entire process and thought things were looking great & far meeting my expectations. Not to Bart. After witnessing Bart's level of knowledge & craft, I asked him if he could add another TV & wall mount installation to a bedroom on the second floor of the house. He immediately jumped into action and the results were simply phenomenal again. This business approach, straight up honesty and professionalism is a rare find these days. A business that value and put customers first??? What a concept!!! I couldn't believe the attention to details and I know how that concept works effectively after 23+ years in the military. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism & knowledge in a business, then you need to look no further than this business. They value customers and their experience. The pricing is very reasonable compared to similar businesses and products of this kind. Call them, you won't be disappointed. Great job guys!! I'll be back for more jobs soon.

They were also able to schedule and coordinate via text as well as calls, which was very helpful for me as I was doing most of my interaction with them while I was at work. The guys were complete professionals, clearly well-versed in everything home theater-related, and very friendly. They were in and out in an hour and a half, and everything looks/sounds incredible! I am sorry it wasn't to your expectations." When another company comments they have seen similar work from you, I decided to post so that people know what they are getting into. Besides, reviews from good friends & your wife (Angela) are not really unbiased reviews (and against YELPs policy). "I sacrificed other projects to meet your deadline. You had many parts at cost on top of the discount, and went back and looked to confirm this. The rack looked sloppy to get it done before the party, it would have easily been another two maybe three full days of labor, about 20 hours. You had no interest in paying me for my time." So after paying you $88,000, I was expected to pay another $2,500 (20hrs @$125hr) to make work, your company (which fired the employee during the job) didn't do??? Did you forget all the delays from the city on the projection screen? Maht, YOU were the one that recommended the latest automated screen, the first in the nation!
