I am SO glad JSB was scheduled first because immediately, I knew this guy was an expert. He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell me, and made some great recommendations based on his years of experience. He was even able to connect my electronic door locks to my new security system!! Not to mention that during this process, he identified that I have had my Wifi set up incorrectly for years (I had my router and my Orbi set up with the same username and password, so they were competing with each other rather than working together).
