She's extremely unprofessional, i got her reference from my friend and since then i've been…read morefollowing her make up page on instagram, finally when i planned my wedding day i tried to reached out to her to do my make and hair for my big day , i texted her on instagram waited for 24hrs didn't get any response so texted her again on what's app on her number provided in her info, no reply then i texted her on iMessage and called her as well but she didn't pick up then then i emailed her, she replied on the next day evening saying that "thanks for contacting me and these are my prices and all, so i got so excited" but then she stopped replying and not picking up the call these things were going on for 3 days.. then i gave her my final date which is June 4th, 2 months from now.. she never got back to me i called her multiple times and as usual she didn't pick up and right after the last call she texted me and said "i have clients all day June 4th so i won't be able that day". i understand but my point is if someone provide their contact info on their business page they should pick up costumer's call or if they miss their call they should get back to them in a professional way or answer their email and give them chance to speak , listen to them and discuss the options. for me it was so disappointing and her behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely zero star work. She ruined our wedding heena. Please see the pictures below, we paid…read more$240 for this. The address listed online was a studio, which is what we wanted. But when we were almost there she called to say to come to a different address, which was her house and the room was covered in cat hair. My wife and I got there and we sat down and after 5 minutes she told me that no men were allowed in her house. We came from an hour away so I just had to sit in the car for 3 and a half hours. If this is her policy she needs to tell people before hand, and she should also tell people about the cats (many people are allergic to them, and even though she put them away the hair was everywhere) and that they are going to her house. These photos were taken the next morning. The work was very smudged and there were places where it was just a block of brown with no visible design. , but this was not what we payed for and my wife had to use temporary henna tattoos to make it look a little better right before her wedding day. I'm not sure if it was the quality of the henna, the fact that the henna was straight out of the freezer, or because she wrapped the henna in paper tape before my wife left, but a henna artist should know how to make the work come out well.
