The woman on the phone was very nice. A few hours later, I got a phone call from Jenny raving about the flowers. She sent me a photo (I was away on a business trip) and they were spectacular. I can't really tell you what the flowers were, but it was in a really tall vase and it was full of vibrant colors. She loved them and so in turn, I love The Rose Garden. I feel like I got a very good deal on the flowers. I just moved here from Washington DC, but maybe I'm still getting used to price differenced. Anyhow, all in all very satisfied and will definitely order again!

I can't tell you how many people told me ours was the best wedding they had ever been to and I think that was 100% due to Kathy. She is so good in the details and adds all those extra little touches that make your day just incredible! So many of our other vendors reached out to tell us how impressed with her they were. She is also very affordable and doesn't believe in price gouging like you see so often in the wedding industry. She will probably want to do the first meeting in person, and I think that was very valuable to get to see everything in person and to get to know Kathy. I have told everyone I know getting married that they need to book Kathy, and I will continue telling everyone. Best decision we made for our special day!

Kathy took care of EVERYTHING including florals, vendor coordinating, day-of coordinating, and MORE! On the wedding day, we did not have to lift a finger (my mother's favorite part)! I rarely waste my time doing reviews on anything. In April my husband purchased a jade bracelet…read morefrom this jewelry store. It was too big so I took it back for an adjustment. I also left a couple of rings I needed resized and my grandmothers saltwater pearls they needed too be restrung.I have had them re-strung a few times before over the years but now I would have to wait until August to get them back from the jeweler. He outsources his pearl stringing and when I picked them up the first time it took them two months to get them back to me. I wore them one time and the string started to fray and of course I took them back in and ask them to correct the problem. I only wear my pearls every now and again so for the string to fray and slack between pearls on the first day I wore them shows me that the workmanship was seriously flawed. I took the strand back and it has taken me till August to get them. The stupid part is they made ME pay them again for the warranty work. They chose to outsource the work. I had no idea they did not do their own pearl repairs. Making me pay for it again was a total shakedown. They had my heirloom jewelry and instead of Doing the right thing and guaranteeing their work, they forced to pay in order to get my jewelry back. Do not shop here. It will cost you. Do not use them for repairs. They don't stand by their work.
