I met with the owner Lee Lemons 2 years ago to have over 100 windows installed in my newly purchased residence we agreed on the product and and how it would look, clear glass with solid black bands put into iron sashes. I was told and reassured that it was no problem at all. I got a call the day of installation not a week or a day ahead but the actual day they were going to change the windows out. When I arrived the workers had already installed roughly 20 windows. The windows had silver going around the bands and it looked terrible it was not what I had asked for or what the owner and I had agreed upon, the caulk was hideous, to make it even better the workers had broken the windows that they took out and they had the audacity to start on the work while nobody was home a lot of time and effort would have been saved had they communicated with me instead of jumping on it without effectively communicating with me, for a business that's been around almost 40 years they lacked any semblance of professionalism and after all their mistakes the tried to send me a bill instead of owing up to their negligence CYA when it comes lemons glass +mirror will never do business with them again and I've been warning and telling anyone that will listen to stay away.
