We are so thrilled with our daughter's University of Arizona graduation photos from Jennifer Lee…read morePhotography! This was everything we hoped for and her photos came out capturing our daughter's smile ; personality; the memories of her years at U of A. We even had some photos taken in the desert to show what going to college in Arizona truly embodies ! We wanted some photos taken with her boyfriend and her bestie in their cap and gowns too; that was not an issue! Jennifer has a lot of patience and goes over everything with you when you pre - hire and post - hire her. If you have questions , she is quick to respond ... I had many! My daughter wanted A LOT of 'props' and poses and I wanted to make sure we didn't spend twelve hours in the heat , for example, baking doing 150 repetitive scorpions for the perfect shot ! Jennifer also allowed for a few changes in clothing / shoes for different places on campus and to the 'golden hour ' at Sabino Canyon.. she even brought a beautiful antique pink velvet chair for the shoot! We were allowed to pick a lot of shots to have edited .. there were so many great ones to choose from , it was hard! Then the prints you can actually purchase from Jennifer's site are very good quality and came in two days , which was amazing as I used them at Alexa's graduation celebration at our country club and her guest book! The wallets were great for the announcements & thank you notes ! We are so impressed! Prefect in so many ways ! You get these memories once in a lifetime.. don't take the chance of not having them be all they should be .. We didn't find Jennifer Lee to be over the top expensive or unreasonable and she spent a lot of time making sure she got the perfect shots !

Came in for a session with Paige. It was busy which is to be expected a couple weeks before…read moreChristmas. She was professional and we started about 10 minutes after our appointment. She was in training and the lady training her was helpful with poses and such. It was a really good overall experience as my husband and I can be awkward having our picture taken. She did a good job keeping us laughing. The prices are a little pricey if you are looking to buy a lot of pictures. Hence the lack of star for price. Overall I would go here again if I needed some professional pictures taken if Paige took them again.

Had a horrible experience here this weekend, due to an employee named Olga…read more My husband and I enjoyed our experience working with our photographer, however, were treated very rudely by Olga Z. following our session. My husband and I waited patiently in the very crowded studio for over an hour to view our pictures. We were finally approached by Olga, who began to load our pictures on the computer screen. As soon as the pictures began loading, without saying a word to us, Olga left us alone to figure out how to view our photos. Being loyal customers to Picture People, we were surprised at Olga's unpleasant demeanor and unfriendliness, but my husband and I marked it up to it being a busy Saturday and tried to make the most of our experience. Olga eventually returned to the computer where we were viewing our photos and asked us what we wanted to order. I then told her we had a coupon and were interested in getting the free 8 x 10 photo our coupon was good for. The coupon clearly stated it was good for one free 8 x 10 or 11 x 13 photo. I've used this coupon numerous times in previous years and never had an issue. Since my husband and I were not pleased with how our pictures turned out, we only wanted to order the free 8 x 10. Without looking at our coupon, Olga stated that we could not use any coupon without ordering a package. I re-read the back of the coupon, and handed it to my husband who did the same, then offered it to Olga to read, which she did not do. I repeated to Olga we only wanted to use the free 8 x 10 coupon and had no need to order any additional pictures, as we were unhappy with how they had turned out. In an upset tone, Olga repeated that we could not use the coupon without ordering a package. Frustrated, I read the back of the coupon a third time, which clearly stated it was good for one free 8 x 10 or 11 x 13 photo, no purchase necessary. After stating this to Olga a third time, and her again refusing to honor our coupon, I asked her to check with her manager because we had used this coupon in years past and never had a problem. She returned about 10 minutes later, saying "I'll use it this one time, but from now on, you have to order a package in order to use a coupon. Now which pose do you want?" I told her which pose we had decided on. She then, without saying a word to us, quickly clicked on a few things, logged off the screen, slammed the keyboard in, and walked away from us. This caused a scene, as many customers standing around us were staring at our station with surprised looks on their faces. During previous visits, the employee would offer to crop the photo, or make it black and white, etc., which we would have been interested in doing, but were unable to, due to Olga angrily logging off, slamming the keyboard in, and walking away without even saying a word to us. Guessing we were supposed to follow her in order to finalize our order, we started to make our way through the crowd to the front desk, where without even looking at us she just yelled "Its gonna be over an hour" and walked away. When I returned to pick up my order a few hours later, the studio wasn't near as busy. Olga was working at the front desk, finishing an order with the people ahead of me in line. When she finished with them and they left, Olga turned her back to me and began sorting through piles of papers on the counter behind the front desk. I was confused why she couldn't simply help me, as she had seen me in line behind the people she had just helped, and I was the only person in line. She also should have known I was just there to simply pick up a picture-something that would take less than a minute.I waited about 5 minutes while she shuffled papers around, then walked out of the area and into a back room. I know she had seen me waiting to be helped, and I was shocked she was continuing to treat me so poorly even after I had placed my order. Fortunately, another employee walked up to front desk about 2-3 minutes later and gave me my order. My husband and I were getting our yearly anniversary photo taken, an experience I look forward to every year that was supposed to be fun and memorable, but due to Olga's rudeness and attitude toward us, was made into an experience that made us feel horrible and upset. Very disappointed in our experience here.
