It was our last day at Palm Springs and we didn't want to come home empty handed. This store caught my eye. The reason for that is the name. I wanted to get something funny, cool and funky. We walked in and were greeted by a lovely employee by the name of Amy. After browsing to see what they had, there was a T-shirt that stood out right away. Right there and then, I told my friend I just found what I WASN'T looking for. I was looking for some shirts, but when I saw this particular shirt, I said I got to have this shirt. Bought that shirt along with couple of magnets that just basically said Palm Springs on them. They had many selections of hats, shirts, shot glasses, postcards, key chains and shorts. Also some flip flops. For both the shirt and the 2 magnets, I paid $25.00 even. They take cash and credit cards only. Didn't see no restroom and we parked on the street. Store was fully stocked, nicely organized and clean. A lot of foot traffic. It is such a great store with lovely employees working there. Next time, I go to Palm Springs, I will definitely check out this store again. Last but not least, I wear this shirt pretty often and walk around the building to annoy my crazy ass, annoying neighbors. I get a kick out of it because they deserve it.. read more

I love the clothing this co. puts out but this store needs better management. I walked in to the store withering a Crazy shirt and looked around no one was interested in helping us. At 45.00 for a Tshrit and wherein one to-boot some one could heaved helped us. We walked out very disappointed. read more

If I could give this place negative stars they'd be getting a negative 5 stars. I came in here very excited to buy a few tshirts as I enjoy this franchise. I've purchased t-shirts from this company when I was in Hawaii. I asked a man (who walked in without even greeting me or making eye contact ) to show me a t-shirt that I wanted to purchase as I couldn't reach it. He pulled down the shirt and I looked at it, then when he grabbed it back he must have rubbed it against the cup I was holding (I was holding a small cup of ice cream); he snarked at me that he'd now have to wipe the ice cream from the t-shirt (I couldn't even see a mark). I was completely shocked that he would snap at me with such contempt when all I was doing was standing there holding a cup and it was not my fault that he rubbed too close and felt like he got ice cream on a small corner of the shirt (again, I couldn't even see a mark). I called him out for talking to a customer who was there trying to buy a shirt. As I was walking out the man came behind me and shut the door on my foot. I told him that if he touched me I'd be forced to call the police for assault. This was the most INSANE encounter I've ever had with a legitimate company. That a shop owner who was running the cashier to act this way is completely unacceptable and it's no wonder he doesn't have any sales. I saw no one actually making any purchases and he treated the only customer he had ready to buy like a piece of garbage. I would report this man if there was anyway that he'd be accountable for his actions, but I just don't recommend this business. I say go to the other crazy tshirts that are NOT in palm springs. This place is a joke and doesn't value having customers. Don't give your hard earned cash to this person. On the other hand find your feet is a shop with really nice quality tshirts and hoodies and I say go there instead; this a shop not too far from crazy t's with the crazy shop owner with no regard for customers or human decency. read more

Stopped in on our second day in Palm Springs. Great people and enjoyed our chat with the gal behind the counter. She helped explained some of the oddities around town and gave us some great recommendations for food. As for Crazy Shirts, if you know you know. I've been a customer for 20+ years originally finding them in Hawaii. Never a complaint and always get asked where I got my shirt when wearing them. Always top notch! read more

The 2 stars are for the really nice t-shirts. Items at this store are on the pricey side. $60+ for t-shirts. Although we made a purchase we got bad customer service. If it weren't for this I would probably given more stars. read more

I was at the Palm Springs store in June on my first time ever to Palm Springs. I was so excited when I saw they had a store in PS. I discovered their shirts a long time ago while in Hawaii. I'm a huge fan of Kliban Cats and their Kliban Cat shirts are really well made and fun. While I was at the store, I bought several things including a couple Crazy Shirts Palm Springs shirts and of course a Kliban Cat shirt. The service was great and everyone in the store was super friendly. Their stuff isn't cheap, but it's well made and worth the extra. I would certainly recommend you check them out. read more

We love being at "crazy" school shopping at it's best ! The choices of unique colors and with prints on the back of shirts is bonus. Thank you manager Kathi for taking care of my high school boys shopping needs. read more

I'm a fan of Crazy Shirts designs and since they don't have a store in LA, I like to pop in their places wherever I travel and shop. The Palm Springs location is in the heart of downtown and I Iike that they have designs tailored made for the desert area. So, you can get here fun souvenirs, a bit different than your cheesy type. Yes, they're a bit on the pricey side, but I like their designs, the fabrics they use, the quality is very good. And they had some decent items on sale at the store in Palm Springs (for men, women and kids), so we were able to shop, have fun, and save a bit of money. They have one fitting room, nice and comfy. The customer service isn't as good as at their other locations I've been at (where they're friendly, come and talk to you, help you find things, etc), the store isn't as well managed (they ran out of mid-sized and bigger shopping bags, they had some tiny ones left). I also noticed when I was walking by the store later on that it was closed temporarily around 3 pm for half an hour. But despite all of the above, if in Palm Springs, pop in, get a fun t-shirt as a souvenir for someone you love or for yourself. read more

Donna R from Portland is the @$$****. She brought this big dog into the store and the dog grabbed a plush toy and chewed it up. When she was asked to pay for it she went into a fit and screamed that the employee "let her dog in and let the dog grab the toy". She continued to be foul mouthed and absolutely insane! Even the other customers called her a Bitch. Her husband entered the store and was about to pay for the toy when she just left. This store has hard working employees and helps their customers find exactly what they want. They are the most friendliest and helpful people you will ever come in contact with. They do not pressure you, they just help you. This store is safe and has the highest COVID 19 protocols to keep its employees and customers safe. If you are ever in Palm Springs or anywhere in the Coachella Valley area, you should visit this store. You will be happy you did. read more

What a fun store! Just purchased probably the most comfortable shorts of my life. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I ended up going online after my visit to purchase a tshirt that they didn't have in my size in the store. Can't wait for the mail! Yes, it is somewhat pricey, but not crazily...and, this is an example of you get what you pay for! read more

Richard made my stop into the store so fun!! This was my first time in a Crazy Shirts store. He sold me on the story of the brand, the quality of the products, and created an experience with his energy, kindness and humor. I walked out (with purchase) feeling better than when I went in. You need to bottle whatever makes Richard Richard and sell it with the T-shirts! read more
