We travel to England quite a bit to visit family. One of my favorite dishes there is seafood pie. Think Shepherd's Pie but with seafood. In the UK it's super simple to prepare, as the local butcher sells premade mixes portioned out for the pies. I simply have to have those here in the US too so what did I do? I ordered salmon, shrimp, and cod and made my own mixes. Took some time removing skin and shells, cutting everything up and portioning the mix into small freezer bags but now we have a taste of the UK right here at home!
