Cindy's is serving up delicious shaved ice but it's not the traditional shaved ice you'd have from a snow cone. The Italian Icees are so smooth and there are no chunks of ice in these. A similar texture to an Eegee's if you will, only better. Cindy's offers a variety of delicious flavors. My favorites are lemon and mango. Their flavors are anything BUT artificial which makes them so tasty. My only complaint would be the inconsistency with the hours. I can't tell you how many times I have stopped by during regular business hours and it's closed which is very disappointing. But I can say that the Icee's at Cindy's are amazing, the prices are affordable and both Cindy and Gloria are always so friendly and happy to serve their customers. Great cool-down treat for the many hot days in AZ.

The inside is decorated in a beachy/Hawaiian-themed feel and super cute! Their large array of syrups are on full display. They also offer yummy drinks. I had their Tiger's Blood shave ice with ice cream & sweetened condensed milk on top - OH MY! I got the small but next time I'll opt for the mini as they are HEFTY-sized! The young girls at our service were super friendly and helpful. The only thing I saw that needed attention was their outdoor seating. Tables need a good scrub with soap and a power washer to clean the patio. We felt very welcomed and look forward to coming back very soon!
