The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue. I will be seeking legal counsel if they do not resolve the issue.

The September appointment was a no call no show and I then called in again and found out there was no appointment scheduled even after a field supervisor assured me I was scheduled. I also called the field supervisor the day of the appointment and received a response of sorry but there was still an issue with the hose. Totally unprofessional on communication and consistent disappointment on trusting if the appointment was scheduled.

Basically got a concrete footer with a troweled finish that was not even even or smooth. No clean up. Called and spoke with the owner who said we could finish it ourselves as all they do is a trowel finish. Now we had a flooring company come in who said they used the wrong concrete as well. Very disappointed.
