They were contracted through Lowe's to do the work in the fall of 2019. When the first rain came, the roof on the granny cottage started leaking. I texted Daniel, and he came over right away and "fixed" it himself. Well, we're finally getting a quantity of rain in 2022/23, and the roof leaks in the same spot that Daniel "fixed". Two more leaks have also started dripping from the ceiling, see photos. I do not recommend this company for roofing. My husband reached out to Marco to give him a chance to address the problem and he didn't respond. Given there was no response to the current issue, customer satisfaction don't seem to be important. We would never use this service again.

A few days after that I had painters come to paint my master bedroom dark blue. I picked the wrong sheen and I also didn't know that imperfections on the wall would show much more easily in a dark color, so I wanted the painters to sand and repaint the wall. The painters told me I'd have to look for a drywall person to give the wall a level 5 finish if I wanted a smooth wall. I contacted Marco, and he was able to arrange for Van to come over to my place the following day at 7am. The job lasted three days (he had to leave for some time each day to do other previously scheduled jobs) and Van worked so hard and did a really beautiful job. He had a great attitude throughout even when his face was full of dark blue drywall dust every night when he's done. He even stayed until 8:30pm the last night to clean up because the painters were coming the following day to repaint the wall. I attached the before and after pictures. I am really happy with the result. Give these guys a chance! They really are great.

We worked with Frank and his talented team of subs to remodel both of our bathrooms and do the baseboard/trim and replace doors throughout our house. Our old bathrooms were 70's style pink tile with worn out gold rim showers (very ugly and outdated). Now looking back, it is hard to believe the transformation that they went through. Frank was great to work with, both available and responsive when things came up. The tile work was simply amazing! These guys do not rush through anything, they take their time and make sure that you will be happy with the finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do upgrades at their house. 5 STARS all the way! thanks Frank & Team!

From the very start, they built up my confidence in their workmanship. They raised the bar. I said eighth inch grout lines and they said "why not sixteenth of an inch". I said Schluter edging and they said "how about we polish the tile edges". Aaron was easy to work with. I felt comfortable leaving for work knowing the tile work was in good hands. The resulting bathroom tile is gorgeous, precise and tight. I literally enjoy just staring at it (which distracts me from finishing the rest of the bathroom). Everyone who comes to see it is blown away. "Beautiful!" is the most common phrase I hear. I'm a semi-healthy perfectionist and I do most of the work on the house myself.
