He let us know that he would have to bounce between us, but for my wife and I that was just fine since we wanted to check out the beds. We both attacked the sales floor, laying on everything that we could find. In all actuality, it was our daughter that picked out our Beauty Rest Plush bed for us. Lawrence returned and showed us a couple different options just to make sure we found a bed that we like the best. Next came the difficult part. Biggest ups and props to Lawrence to handling a difficult situation in the most professional fashion. We financed our sale, but the computer system was having issues... So long story short from bouncing between answering the phone, working with two couples and calling and being directed to technical support, Lawrence turned out to be Superman. We got everything finished in under and hour and he even delivered our new pillows to our car. Thank you for everything and we'll definitely be back. We looked around and tried out beds for an hour and then said we would be back. We came back a few hours later after thinking about what we wanted for awhile. Shawn was patient and answered all the questions we had. We finally decided to purchase a mattress and an adjustable bed frame. The frame was on backorder, but Shawn was able to find us a better frame for just a little bit more. We were worried that it was close to closing but Shawn stayed late to make sure our order got in and we could get it as soon as possible. The next day we decided that we actually wanted to move one level up on the quality of the mattress. We returned to the store and Shawn greeted us with a smile, told us the pros and cons of the change, and then helped us get everything switched over. As Shawn spent a long time on the phone unveiling the mystery in that change and discovering several other changes in prices to accessories and other "work around" on costs, we could hear his surprise This was no performance for our benefit; he was truly confused and surprised. All the while we joked and laughed with Dwayne and learned more about the bed and things associated with it. After he got off of the phone, Shawn continued to work with numbers and by the time he finished he had better than matched the lowest price for that bed, then significantly discounted some accessories we wanted. After the sale, the delivery date was important and a rush was requested, monitored, and delivery occurred ahead of the requested date -a bonus. We were never pressured, told it would be be "better to do business here because," or any other high pressure sales tactic. it was always "this is what we have" and it's value, friendship, and help. The products are good to great quality (depending on how much you are willing to spend), and they sell no junk. We strongly considered buying the Tempurpedic name from another chain that tends to spend a lot of money on advertising, but decided it would be silly to spend that kind of money just for a name stitched on a mattress. By shopping with Mattress Depot, we spent 50% less! I have been sleeping on our newly purchased mattress for several nights now and we are getting great sleep! I love this bed and have zero buyers remorse. (I have slept on tempurpedics before and you wouldn't even know the difference.) Our mattress even includes a 15 year warranty. Roger was such a friendly and easy going salesman. The delivery and setup was as promised. I would recommend friends and family to this location.

We were not thrilled going to Sleep Country USA -- to be honest, their TV ads slightly annoy us. However, the set up was really nice -- lighting, signs, selection (from inexpensive to you'll have to hella) and our salesperson was knowledge without being pushy. Matt was friendly and helpful. He did some price checking for us and we saved a good chunk from their advertised price. They were able to deliver it the next day, provided options comfortable for us and our budget. I guess you can say that we were satisfied. We did leave to check out a competitor only to go back to Matt. The delivery guys just left and they were as polite as you could get. We don't wear shoes in our home and they put booties on without being asked. I appreciated it because it actually rained today too -- so they would have tracked a lot of crap into our home. Anna was the sales associate who helped us and she was so patient as we explored and asked a million questions. She walked us through the subtle but important differences across several manufactures and the feature differences on the various adjustable bases. She was detailed and honest and never pressured us to buy any one specific product. She also explained the promotions and provided recommendations based on our preferences. Ultimately, we decided that given how much of our lives we spend sleeping and how important it is to be well rested, it was worth investing in a Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base.
