Extremely disappointed with this shop. My vehicle repairs have been delayed for over two months, and during that time I've been given at least 12 different completion dates, none of which were honored. Communication has been inconsistent, and each time I check in, the timeline changes again with no real explanation. I understand delays happen, but repeated false promises and lack of transparency are unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop if you need reliable timelines or honest communication. read more

Do decent work, but No sense of urgency, I assume since insurance is covering it they know they will get paid. 2nd time we've had a vehicle repaired by them. First time - delayed because they didn't order the parts until after the car was dropped off - could have saved nearly two weeks if they had done so. Luckily our insurance covered the rental longer. Latest repair, they Quoted a certain time frame and price and stated they weren't very busy so we're eager to get the car in and turn it around quickly. After multiple follow ups to check status all was on target for scheduled the completion date all the way up until 2 days prior. Then I got a text stating it's pushed out a full week. I had just spoken to them the day prior. Unfortunately, this time insurance only gave a flat rate vs. per day and the extension would put us out of pocket on an accident that was not our fault. They said they would see what they could do, again after multiple checks, everything looking good, they did not deliver, actually ended up going three days longer due to an issue upon testing where the hatch would not close, had to then order a part. Then when finally done - inspected work and there were some paint blemishes near the area of repair that we know we're not there prior, but they would not take ownership of this stating it was preexisting and not related to the accident. Pictures do not show it prior. Submitted to insurance after the fact, but they now agreed and would not cover it, probably because what Car Champions originally quoted to do the job was nearly double what they ended up finally submitting and recovering from insurance. Seems kind of shady, if I was paying the bill I definitely would hold them to their original estimate. And then to leave a customer unhappy after collecting $9k from insurance and not being able to take care of and touch up a couple of blemishes. Wow! After all the good reviews i have read and gave this place good reviews in the past, i totally disagree with the quality of the repairs they done to my Highlander. My Highlander was in mint condition, and not other scratch in my paint job now. Tree times bringing it back now witch it should have been fixed the first time, after $5,400 repairs. I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this auto body shop. My car was dropped off last Monday, and was told that it would be done by that same Friday. We are now halfway into the next week and we are still waiting on parts. To be fair, I understand that they are at the mercy of the global supply chain delays, however they told me that the parts were pre-ordered BEFORE I dropped the vehicle off. I even confirmed that they would "order the parts ahead of time and simply return what might not be needed". The worker assured me that's what would happen. This has come to be totally untrue as I've found out from another employee that they don't preorder parts in case customers cancel and the business gets stuck with re-stocking fees. This is fine - however they told me the complete opposite when I asked if the parts were preordered to ensure a speedy completion while in the quote/estimation stage. I'm deeply concerned that this minor project is going on 2 full weeks and I'm given non-answers when I press for an end date. I couldn't have been more transparent when I stressed to their team that I needed a quick turn around. The fact they were willing to flat out lie about completion time just to get my car in their shop really isn't sitting well with me and stings more each day the project isn't done. My recommendation is to avoid this shop outright. (Edit - go read the other low star reviews and you'll see this type of experience seems to be the norm for their customers. *WARNING* Be aware! Do not by any means do not take your auto, parts, anything etc. to Crash Champions. The popped my air suspension, left my car non running. They stole my money, wrote off things that didn't need to be fixed for their own profit, gave me my car back ONE month after NOT drivable. It doesn't move. They didn't touch it because I have aftermarket suspension (installed professionally)The mirror is broken and blamed it on the weather being too hot? I legally can not drive with no mirror. Bad shop to go to. Won't return your calls, lie to you, push your delivery date week after week. The techs do not know what they're talking about pull anything they can when asked why this is this way. Unprofessional. Employees don't know a thing about cars. Please avoid this place. First impression was fantastic! Things quickly went south ... my sons car was rear ended and needed repair. Day after drop off, Julian told me "damage isn't bad and there's no damage behind the bumper. Should be ready in 3 days". Excellent! I receive two days later and text stating the estimated date of completion to be 8 days later ? Spoke with Julian who tells me to "ignore that text, it's automated and there never right". Excellent. A day later I call for an update ... I'm then told a new bumper has to be ordered as there is damage behind it ... and it's discontinued and was ordered from CA. Due to my husband needing a car we get a courtesy car. A few days pass and I'm told the bumper doesn't exist and they will have to repair the damaged bumper - the same bumper we were told wasn't repairable. ?! ... with each call made, we received a different story on the delay but with very "scripted" verbiage on apologies. Today, my husband goes to turn in the courtesy car and as he walked in, two employees were at the back counter - he was never greeted. He placed the keys on the counter and sat for almost 5 minutes. Another woman walked in and was promptly greeted. The lack of proper communication was beyond frustrating and the fact that the hours are only to 5pm Mon-Fri is baffling to me and an inconvenience to those that work. read more

However reality is that some of you will eventually need body work on your vehicle and if so then I would highly recommend this facility The inspector/service technician who dealt with my issue was a Mr Juan Lopez and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He is upfront and very knowledgable of the body repair business. He goes into detail as to what the repair entails and insures that all hidden damages are also covered should they be discovered down the road and all the while explaining the process and what to expect The reception personnel likewise are cordial and professional. It took about one week to get the car in and out but during that time we were called and given updates on the stage of the repairs and when to expect it all to be completed Car was done early. Dine perfectly. And is delivered after being fully detailed as well. The service was great! I had an insurance repair for my back driver side door in March, 2021. Not only did they repair the dent and do a wonderful job on the paint but they also buffed out and took care of a large bruised area that was not apart of the insurance repair but was very close in proximity without any additional charge. Excellent work. If thats not enough..... I recently had to replace my license plate and the rear license plate bolt was fused into the hole and would not budge! Toyota could not remove it. They referred me to a body shop! Then I remember the excellent work Crash Champion did in March so I took it back there. They were able to remove the bolt and put on my new license plate!! and the best part......They did not charge me! That was pretty epic because I already paid the $151 for the license plate. I was recommended to this shop through my insurance company and I was Leary at first because of course the insurance company wants to pick the place. I have zero complaints about the experience and quality of work. Customer service was top notch from the moment I walked in the door up until I got my vehicle back. My car was repaired by crash champions threw insurance for a rear end collision. When I got my car back the inside of the vehicle had a white film and dust all over the dash. The steering wheel also had white paint spots left by the repair shop. I had called and revisited the location to speak with the manager. They looked over the the paint on the steering wheel and took blame for causing it and said they would have it taken care of it but now they are avoiding the issue and my calls. read more

Juan was very helpful in explaining each thing they were looking at & how prices may vary depending on what they find. He was also great about staying in touch with me as the work progressed so I'd know when we could get the car back. Work was included in the estimate that was not required. Insurance approved an extra $1000 buffer above the estimate. Crash Champions used all that in spite of no additional damage being found. We read the reviews and someone recommended the place so we decided to take our truck in. It took them more than two weeks to call us so that could drop off our truck. After that wait, WE had to keep calling to know the updates about the damage, repairs and so on. We told him right away we were going to pay for the repairs because the truck has sentimental value to us. We knew we were paying for 50% of the repairs and the insurance Company would pay for 50%. Obviously he didn't want our money because we had a horrible experience. The guy we dealt with talked in circles, I could tell he was bullshitting us. He would say "I'll call you in two days" and that never happened. We just wanted our truck fixed so we waited a whole two months before the guy told us he talked to the insurance company and it was considered a total lost. Which wasn't true because we took it to another place and the guy quoted us at no where near what they told us. We are gladly paying out of pocket a good amount of money but would rather give this other auto shop place our money than Crash Campions. Red flag about this company: The insurance company guy (from other person involved in accident) told us that they love working with this auto shop because they work well with them. In my opinion, based on my experience this company doesn't work for us regular people only for insurance companies. read more

THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I MAY HAVE EVER HAD!!! I brought my car here to get repaired after I was hit in a parking lot. Not only did their estimate come in more than $200 less that two other estimates for the same exact work, they did an awesome job and detailed the inside of my car before I got it back--straight down to the pretzel crumbs in my daughter's car seat. They cleaned and waxed the outside of my car and tires. The cleanest my car has been since I bought it new many years ago! When I picked up my car--which was ready ahead of schedule--they gave me a bouquet of carnations from the local flower shop (so nice) and I received a follow up thank you card in the mail a few days later.
