On 25-Friday-2016 I spent a grueling 38m 54s completing The CrossFit Games Open 16.5 Rx, 21-15-9 Thrusters @95lbs and Bar-Facing-Burpees... two movements which are the bane of my existence. With the completion of this workout I met my goal of completing the 2016 CrossFit Open Rx and exceeded my expectations with a placing of 78th (of 228) in my Division for Western Canada. I can't remember the last time I was involved in a physical activity that I enjoyed this much that had so many benefits...I'm leaner and stronger than I've been in years, my posture has improved dramatically and my hip which has been paining me for the last 10 years no longer hurts. Over the last year I've heard from many visitors who say that Jesse and his staff pack a lot of programming into each class.
