This mall though dead. Did have some good stores for what it's worth! Dunham's, Maurices , Bath and Body Works, Joann Fabric's, another craft store and some other stores were all still open. It's worth a trip around. Probably wouldn't spend more than an hour here. read more

There is no saving of this mall. We were followed by security the second we entered the mall. Little to no stores open. Don't go here.

Cranberry Mall is in critical condition with the odds of survival being low. Mall is in a very rural part of Pennsylvania and is located south of Oil City and southeast of Franklin. Parking lot and ring road are in bad condition, so be careful when driving around. There is only one anchor occupied, with it being split between Ollie's Bargain Outlet and Dunham's, with Dunham's having a mall entrance. The former Bon-Ton, JCPenney's, and Sears are vacant. The interior has almost no stores left and one was moving out during my visit. The Movies at Cranberry are gone. There is significant water damage in the mall and you can smell it from more than one storefront. The interior has retro sitting areas and two fountains, one of which sadly appears to be no longer functional. The greenery around the remaining fountain is lovely. The former Sears wing was poorly lit despite having an open business located in it. Aside from the Dunham's/Ollie's Bargain Outlet, the only business that seemed to attract any foot traffic was Fresenius Kidney Care Oil City and PA Pride, a CDL Training center. Mall does have one restaurant still open, 2 Cousins Pizza, but it was closed during my visit. My visit to Cranberry Mall could only be described as depressing. Overall, I can't tell you this mall will be here in a year. Cranberry Mall is almost certainly too far gone at this point. With its location, I'm not even sure redevelopment is an option. The mall smells weird, has broken features, and a rude atmosphere, the main issue being the security guard, he is an old guy with white hair, and was overly rude, suspicious, and agressive in behavior because i was walking around and looking around me, while trying to keep contact with my friends, while giving rude looks and sneers to me because im not of his age group, and being friendly with anyone else like him, not just that, but overall was just giving me "i want to hurt you eyes", dont go here if you arent a balding boomer like the security staff they put here, let alone the overwhelming rudeness and unecessarily hateful staff (that im pretty sure flipped me the bird behind my back for the reasons he was rude above.) will never return and make the lack of reason to go here apparent to anyone i know. read more

This mall is the most depressing mall I've ever been to. Everything about it is dead, the only store that seems to still care is bath and body works. One of the stores was rotting from water damage. Almost every closed store has its gates open due to I'm assuming bad water damage and trying to air out and save what they can. Most of the mall is basically abandoned at this point, and it's very sad to see it this way. I hope somehow this mall can make a comeback, but unfortunately it seems like it's reached the end. read more

Pathetic. The Cranberry Mall is a shell of its former self. The majority of stores are vacant. Only a handful of craft stores and random assortment of shops remain. The ceiling tiles are water stained. The lights hum. The fountain water looks green. There are a few shops that only open a day or two a week. The parking lot is full of pot holes. There's two fast food style restaurants left and the movie theater but that is it. It is quite sad. read more
