The PFA was eventually removed after my ex secured the home and temp custody, of the children. At that time I hurredly rushed through to find an attorney. This is a mistake that I will never make again. Not all attorneys or firms are created equal. Not all representation is good or beneficial. Which was proven by Tyler who was professional and informative. Tyler called out the efforts that filing this 2nd PFA was committed to doing which was an effort to keep my children from me.
