Always courteous, friendly, and eager to help in resolving issues. However, now that I'm no longer a customer, and decided upon purchasing another vehicle with the Crain Ford dealership things have changed. Each time I call in order to speak with someone about the cancellation of my gap insurance, I'm quickly dismissed, or told to contact one of their finance representatives, who's never available. Their voicemails are either full, they don't return calls, and I'm really unsure whether, or not they are even getting my messages. I've been a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years now. I understand that the representatives time is valuable. As paying customer, mine is as well. We all have busy schedules is all I'm saying. I really don't want to seek legal representation over a small ordeal such as this when it can easily be resolved. Time is money especially during this pandemic. I can't speak for everyone else, but I could really could use all of what I'm entitled too. I've paid my hard earned money. Now it's my turn in getting what I rightfully deserve. You just never know what your going to face along the way. Everything now-a-days is uncertain. Hopefully, I'll be able to speak with someone soon. Instead of getting what I feel to be the run- around. Thus far, my experience with Crain Ford has been a more positive one in comparison to Crain Hyundai. Wishing I would have purchased my vehicle there too begin with. Lesson learned.

Spent 3 hours there signing all of the paperwork etc. I received a call on Monday 03/23/20 stating they couldn't sell me the vehicle for the agreed upon price(remember all the financing paperwork and everything was signed and approved on 03/21/20) and I would have to bring the vehicle back to them. I will never do business with Crain again and I would caution anyone against buying from Crain Hyundai. They obviously don't care about doing the right thing by their customers.

2.5 Stars - Only half of the problem was fixed. Took my Jeep in for a recall. Recall fixed. Asked…read morefor a quote ($1100) to possibly repair my sunroof that wouldnt close. I declined and asked for the sunroof (glass and cloth) to be shut permanently. Received a quote ($650) and agreed to it. Today, I found out that the tech was only able to close the glass portion but they still expected me to pay the same quote even with what was discussed prior. No call to discuss progress. No chance to even get the entire thing fixed while it was open and easily accessible for the tech. Asked to see if I could get a credit to just fix the entire thing and I was quoted the same ($1100) due to the tech needing to open it up again. That would have been upwards of $2000 to this company. Now, Im under the impression this was done intentionally for money. I decided to take my Jeep and will be getting it fixed at a dealership I can trust. Disappointed. Ultimately, I wont be going back to Fletcher nor can I give a recommendation.

Today, she took her Jeep to Smart auto group in Whitehall to replace the other headlight (same $40 headlight) oil change, and rotate tires and the bill was $8 less than Fletcher, how is that? Well, it seems like the service writer at Fletcher was more interested in taking advantage of an elderly woman and lining his pockets than taking care honest care of a customer. We will not be back and I WILL let everyone I know how they treated her and to read all the negative reviews listed here on Yelp before stepping foot in their service department.
