No issues with this cleaners. I wrote a review about Craig's Cleaners in Pineville, La, on the service road Kings Hwy. I don't where Yelp put that reviews took in a cotton bedspread to be cleaned and pressed, but when I got it back, it was wrinkled more than when I took it in. I called and was told they don't press comforters. This is not a comforter; it's a lightweight cotton bedspread, but more importantly, nothing was said about not pressing comforters when I took it in. Again, it isn't a comforter; it's a lightweight cotton bedspread. I asked for my money back because what I paid for was only half done, but, of course, I was denied. Took a black and white dress to be cleaned. It was brand new and had never been worn, but had a sticky spot on the skirt. I should have just washed it myself, but the instructions said to professionally dry clean with hydrocarbon solvent only. The black bled onto every bit of the white accents on the dress. I also see this exact problem happened to another lady, per her yelp review. The dress thrown away because it was ruined. The owner would never speak to me and I even sent a certified letter with the purchase receipt for the dress. read more

Picked up dry cleaning only to discover a black and white dress was ruined. Contacted Ms. Mary Lee (owner) who said the clerk called her and said the dress had black marks etc., that black and white bleed into each other. The dress was NOT like this when I brought it in. However, Ms. Mary insisted it was. She argued with me, called me a liar, insulted me and finally told me to go to hell! Classic customer service! NOT!!!!! NEVER will I use this company again! I have lots to say about this place. First of all, don't work here unless you want to be extremely underpaid for your time. Boss Mary likes to cut workers checks short and curse you out when you can't show up to work because you can't find your keys. She also called me and my husband dumbasses, insulting our intelligence behind this matter. She said my husband (ex employee) stunk and that he was terrible at his job despite telling him previously that he was extremely good at his job. sometime back I purchased a new pair of jeans, Never wore them. Wanted starched and Pressed they crushed the zipper and button. it took two months for them to replace the zipper and they never fixed the button. needless I have never been back and I never will go to craigs even if they are the last dry cleaners in Alexandria. read more

My husband dropped off some curtains that had smoke damage from our gas logs.. he explained to the lady exactly what had happen. She assured him there would be no problem they do that ALL the time. WELL needless to say when I arrived to pick them up today..(after driving from Jonesville with gas 4$ a gallon) they were most certainly NOT clean. The nice clerk kindly called the owner of Craigs to let her know I was definitely NOT satisfied.. her only excuse was they were old!! You got to be kidding me!! I was not expecting her to clean them for free!! . But at least offer to reduce the $371 a little!! I will spread the word in Catahoula parish because we have lived here forever!! NO STARS! Took a dress to them last year and not only I am sure it was never cleaned it took them months to get it done and they never had the time to put it in the Bridal Box. Thought I would try again just recent. Had to wait an extra week for a Faux Fur coat and I am sure again it was never cleaned. Waited at the counter when the lady went to the back for what I thought was too long to pick up a garment and return to the front. When she did she let me know it was just steamed for wrinkles. I asked is that why the plastic over it has moisture. When I lifted it the entire coat was pretty damp! Took it to a different dry cleaners and found out the Faux Fur cuffs and neckline are melted! Matt, the owner, didn't even have the courtesy to call my husband and I back after we went by and left him a message. 3 trips to various locations. My pea coat that I prepaid for was lost. I'm offered a $50 check to replace the peacoat! Subtract the $12 prepay and that leaves $38 to buy a $75 coat! The BBB will see me next week. One of the worst examples of customer service I've ever had in my life. They promised 24 hour service for cleaning a dress. I finally chased it down to pick it up after 56 hours and they gave it to me damp. The dress was black with white accent pieces, the black faded onto the white in several places. Tried to call six times and left messages for the owner to contact meand he never returned my calls. It has been three weeks since we picked up the ruined dress and I have returned it to Craig's for the third time today to see if he can fix it, because he will not return my calls read more
