It is difficult travelling outside Canada and paying for health care in the US but Dr. Gotkin was incredibly reasonable and fair with his charges. I had several follow up appointments and I am heading back home with a toe that no longer hurts and has healed really well. I would travel to this clinic with a foot problem rather than be treated elsewhere. They know what they are doing and they are incredibly nice.

I HEARD him tell the order to the "nurse". Since my paperwork contained my pharmacy name & number, I did not have any reservations about this not getting done. At 1pm, Walmart said nothing had been called in. Office said "we will call it in shortly." At 3:30pm, nothing called in to Walmart. Office said it was called in. At 3:45pm Walmart still had no order. Office said "Dr never signed off on order" and asked me if it was an oral medication or cream!!!!! Cream that can be directly called in to a Pharmacy from any girl at the office, there is no "sign off" needed. Besides, they said it had been called in already, right? Asked for Office Mgr. After a long hold, the "nurse" came back and said they were able to contact the Dr (he has left for the day) and they will be calling it in. 5pm, Walmart in St Lucie West informs me they called it in to the WRONG WALMART. My script was called in to the Stuart Walmart. This is EVEN AFTER I confirmed the St Lucie West Walmart phone number with the "nurse". A simple we forgot, or we screwed up would have been better than lying to me. The nonchalant attitude of not caring is more than I can handle. We pay good money to see these Dr's only to be treated like this? No way, this practice is not for me.

He has a special talent for not only medicine but his "bedside manner". He is sensitive to the angst that a patient is going through when you are nervous about a procedure that is uncharted territory for you. Would highly recommend Doctor Blatstein. I even had an issue with my insurance coverage and he and his staff jumped through hoops to resolve an issue my insurance company should had.

It had been a problem on and off for years. Dr. Gubernick diagnosed the problem and after following his instructions, the tendinitis was gone. All members of my family see Dr. Gubernick.
