The schnitzel, while served as two pieces versus one giant piece, was decently (but not perfectly) executed. Crispy, somewhat tender meat (could have been more tender) and a very flavorful sauce with fresh mushrooms. The spätzle was soft and buttery. Almost melted in my mouth.
