I don't have enough experience with upholsterers to definitively say that Joe is the best one out there, but what I can say is that he is absolutely EXCELLENT at his job. He does what he says he will do, he shows up when he says he will and charges a fair price and he's friendly.
His work, especially difficult and tricky projects (that other upholsterers refuse to do) is exceptional.
Recently, Joe rearranged his schedule to fit in my emergency appointment. I had an oversized couch that needed to be removed from my apartment by disassembling it, and another upholsterer had flaked out on me and left me unable to empty my apartment on my move out date.
Joe was able to come within 24 hours, do the work, help me move the couch to where it needed to go and only charged me half of what the flakey upholsterer wanted to charge.
Onsite, Joe is friendly and personable and his wife, Carrie, (who you'll speak to if you call the office) is also a pleasure to deal with. You couldn't possibly go wrong working with them.
I would unquestioningly recommend Craftmaster to absolutely anyone looking for a high-quality, reputable upholsterer. read more
