I had wanted to have them reupholstered for years but never quite had the money for the project. I contacted several upholstery places in the Charleston area, all of whom quoted me significantly more and told me I needed more fabric for the project than Quality Upholstery did. I'm still on the waiting list for one of those places actually! Quality Upholstery went above and beyond when I found myself on a bit of a time crunch in needing the chairs due to having a large group of guests coming in. Despite having some serious health issues with one of their family members, they were able to get the job done even before the time they quoted me. I am so happy with the results and grateful for their service! Highly recommend!

As advertised they have a store full of furniture that they've cleaned up and made pretty. My favorite part is that they'll paint it to the color of your liking. The size of the room requires for a piece that is around 3 ft tall and 6 ft long. I'm in no rush, so I hope to support local and find the perfect piece to make my room from Hello Cutie!

I was very impressed so I had them do my guest room furniture done. When it was delivered I noticed that my dresser wasn't completed so I had to have the owner come over and complete it. 2 weeks later I had my master bedroom done. It didn't go well. He rushed through the job didn't paint the back of my mirror, he half covered the holes that was left because they changed the hardware, smudged the paint on my chest and I demanded that they redo it. My advice is that you go by and ask to approve your furniture before they deliver it and don't pay until your furniture look as good as the furniture he has on display.

I saw the signs you guys have posted, And that little short guy still kept looking at me and then he said OK look around and I was like OK thanks then he turned, walked away and said I don't know why she kept staring at me he said with a nasty attitude, that point I turned around and looked at him and I said now I know why Dick's furniture is going out of business. What a nasty ass attitude I came such a way just to get that kind of Greeting. I walked right out of that horribly experience. I've never been in Dixie furniture store before. I work a few businesses down from Citrus Fresh and every time I passed one of their employees in…read morethe parking lot or on my way to the dumpster, they've always been super friendy. Friendly to the point that it's not hard to tell that they love their job and who they work for. Speaking of management, I've seen owner, Greg working hard and getting dirty almost every day. To me, seeing the owner physically work just as hard as everyone else definitely earns major points in my book. But... Behind every great man is a great woman... I had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Mary who also runs the business and she was the nicest and most thankful person ever. She even had her dog Sadie there. Sadie was a cutie and so sweet. With that said, I have a puppy and unfortunately she urinated on my couch. I did everything to try to clean the cushion. I even spent $250 on a Bissell carpet/ upholstery cleaner. I used many cleaners, including oxy and pet urine specific ones. But nothing worked because the urine was deep inside the cushion. Luckily, I brought my cushion to Carpet Fresh and they literally saved me from buying a new couch. I don't know what their process is, but I do know they injected the cushion in combination with a few other cleaning methods. When I picked up my cushion, it had a pretty heavy citrus scent, but luckily it went away after a few days. So between my cushion no longer smelling like urine and their survice not costing an arm and a leg, I couldn't be happier. Lastly, when I dropped of my cushion, I dealt with Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He is a great representation of what the company is about. I'm very thankful that I gave Citrus Fresh a chance and I will not hesitate to contact them for all my future carpet/ upholstery and other cleaning needs.

Bait and switch Called about a runner that needed cleaning,…read moregave measurements I thought were correct, turned out it was 9 Ft x 2.5 not 12, but they quoted 50 bucks($2 a foot). I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.
