Even though it was not bought from them the lady was very helpful and offered to fine tune my lamp calibration. I told her I'd buy whatever it took to fix my flaring issue too. Later that day I showed up at their storefront. The lady I talked to wasn't available, and the one in charge showed nothing but contempt for my fixture. Every sentence out of her mouth was about me not buying it from them, how she hates them and they are inferior products, u should have got a better one, etc. When one of the employees mentions adjusting the lens she points out that I have never spent anything with them. I state that this is not true, and she has me tell her my company name and proceeds to run me through the system to determine if I'm lying and how much I've spent. Turns out that I'm not lying, but I've only bought approx $30 dollars of stuff so I'm not good enough to assist I guess. Her daughter offers to adjust my lamp but her mom wouldn't allow it. Instead she prints Instructions on how to adjust it which I already have since they come with the unit. She claims she won't touch it because she could break it, but everyone there knew that was just an excuse. Her daughter was even giving her the look like "why are you being like this?" I had a $200 pending quote form from them. I told the mom to cancel the quote as I will never use this company again and advise my associates to do the same. One star because that's the lowest I can give. I seriously can't believe some people just don't like to help others. In my industry I give selflessly to charity on a constant basis, so the culture-shock/mind-set took me completely by surprise!

They went above and beyond my expectations! Even seeing the venue semi decorated throughout our appointments, did not prepare me for what they had in store for us! My daughter was not 100% sure on her initial choice for decorations and Marisol made sure to set us up for a second appointment so she can be certain she would not regret her initial decision! Marisol listened to my daughter, every single thing she said she would help her make it happen and Jackie was also very sweet and attentive letting her know she could switch the decoration choices as many times as she needed so she can be 100% sure of her decision of table set up. The next day everyone was talking about the photo booth and how much fun they had! Mr. Arauz arrived prompt and early to set up. He even stayed until the party was over, because everyone was having so much fun. I set up an appointment a few days before and we discussed the location,background and props for the photo booth. mr. Arauz gives you awesome memorabilia afterwards! He will give all the guest a Photo Booth picture with a picture of them and a picture of your Quinceanera or of the bride and groom, whatever your celebrating, at the bottom of the strip. Plus he will create a scrap book with another copy of that same picture with a little personalized message from the guest. After the Quinceanera, Mr. Arauz took the scrap book home, and created an awesome looking scrap book and delivered it to us along with a usb drive with all of our pictures. Mr. Arauz also posted all of the pictures on looneyphotobooths.com so that the guest could check out the pictures online. I highly recommend Looney Photo Booth! Although I remember the venue being bare bones inside with light beige- ish walls... it now is such a wonderful venue location. We celebrated our dear friend's 50th birthday bash & she made it an 80s prom theme. From what I hear, she invited 100 guests- and the table/ seating arrangement was perfect. No tables/ chairs were cramped. No tables & chairs taking up space in the dance floor and there was plenty of space for guests to roam around inside. In one far corner, was the photo back drop with balloon arch. At the entryway to the cash bar, was the appetizer table and the desert table. In the other corner was the food service table, where guests were served dinner. On the menu, (think Swiss Park offered the catering service)- mixed greens w/ cranberries & light feta cheese crumbles. Roast beef slices, roast vegetables, chicken, mashed potatoes, & bread rolls. The bartender did an amazing job. A bit bummed to have to hear her explain to guests that there were no lemons/ limes available. Don't know how this could even happen. The garden area had trees lined up with lights- which gave the night sky such a beautiful glow. Plenty of parking & clean restrooms.
