**Disappointing Warranty Policy - Not Transferable**…read more I wanted to leave a warning for other homeowners considering this company: their warranties are strictly non-transferable.  If you invest heavily in a new roof or renovation and end up selling your house down the road, the warranty does not pass on to the next owner. This severely limits the long-term value of the work and leaves future buyers with zero protection, even if the installation is relatively new.  When you pay premium prices for major home improvements, you expect the company to stand behind their workmanship regardless of who holds the deed. Make sure to read the fine print before signing a contract with them, as this policy is a major drawback compared to other contractors who offer transferable lifetime or multi-year warranties.

When time came for the trim repair the team at GSA Home arrived on time and did a fantastic job, with great attention to detail.
